Once out of the box was easy to assemble.. using the rower is gives a easy work out… did have one issue as one of two rubber grommets from the side rail was loose when opening the box. Tried to reattach but no luck Still works well…

I was able to assemble this in less than 10 minutes. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but I did try it to see how much noise it makes. It is super quiet. The only thing I will have to play around with is a way for the front end to not lift up when when I do a hard pull. I’ll probably end up putting a free weight on it. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a rower to use at home, that doesn’t take up too much space. ... show more

    • A good little rower.
The media could not be loaded. I’m 6’1”, 205 lbs. I was on a rowing team 20 years ago. This little rower is easy to put together and put away. It’s very light and, folded, it takes about as much space in my closet as my vacuum. The resistance feels good for a 20 minute row with a little race at the end. The motion is a little different from a fan rower because the bands provide constant tension, but this was my second time using it, and I’m already comfortable with the difference. The display is simple, and only really useful for the timer, but that’s all I wanted from it. If you go hard, use some weights to keep it from lifting off or a mat to stop it sliding. That’s the trade off for having a machine that’s so easy to take out and put away. For less than $100, this is the machine to buy. ... show more

For a cheaper alternative to the more expensive name brand rowing machines this is very good value. I’ve been using this since new years and can already feel the muscles in my legs arms and abs getting stronger. Well worth the money.
