I love my washer and dryer! I was not convinced when I ordered these but I had no choice, my regular washer and dryer was too big. They wouldn’t fit in the doors. (I down sized apt) But my biggest concern was the size. Let me tell you I was so surprised and am still surprised every time I try to wash something else. Everything has fit and the quality of wash and dry has been exceptional! So glad I bought them.

What a frustrating experience; I regret not choosing a different brand from the start. The delivery did not follow the instructions we provided, which was disappointing. Upon opening the packages, we quickly realized the units were not a matching set as we had specifically requested. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue and not just an isolated incident. It’s important for potential buyers to be fully aware of what they’re getting. I compared this product to my previous Magic Chef unit, and unfortunately, the difference in quality is clear. You truly get what you pay for. The sink attachment didn’t function properly, though thankfully I have washer/dryer hookups. The included hose is low-quality, I’d recommend having your own on hand. Additionally, the hose connected to the washer feels thin and flimsy, raising concerns about its durability. BUYER BEWARE!
