The user manual is poorly written and there are no video instructions on how to troubleshoot problems or how to program the machine. I looked up serval user manuals online an each time it was a manual with a different control panel. When I finally got it to work it would spin wash for 2 minutes and stop. I unplugged it serval times. I tried to just send it to the spin cycle. You can't possibly wash and dry your clothes and where it the same day because it took me a half a day to try to use the washing machine and the holder for the hose to the sink is very janky. I wanted to get a machine while my 3-year old is still potty training this was a waste of money, time, energy. I am only giving this a 1 because I can't give it a zero. My advice if you can't physically see a video on how to use, or have saw it in a store to ask questions do not buy big box items with $80 shipping fees that you have to send back.

The best investment for my RV Home. Not to big or too small, exactly what I was looking for and not to mention I got both of them at a great price. The delivery was fast not to mention the packaging was really good no dents no scratches no damages on either one. Do not fall for washet and dryer combo. It is waste of money plus you have to pay for shipping. Dryer doesn't dry at all, you have to wait for 160 minutes to dry the clothes. I would not recommend it.

So far the washer and dryer set work as intended! The washing machine goes through soak through rinse cycle automatically. The only thing which isn’t a problem but which it was automatic is the spin cycle. Once the rinse cycle is complete you manually set the spin cycle. The dryer works wonders just need to set the temperature to your specifications and you’re good to go. But other than that 5 stars.

Just did 7 loads of laundry. No it isn’t full size but when I say 7 they would normally be 3 to 4 tops. I hang a lot of my shirts and leggings so the dryer keeps up. If you want something that is easy to move and makes going to the laundromat a rarity then these are for you.
