I unfortunately, just opened this furniture that I bought last June, it has been boxed up and inside since June of 2019. I was so excited to finally have time to unbox and move it to my bedroom. The dresser is deceiving in the picture, it is definitely not real wood, a laminate with an impression of wood patch design on the top, not attractive. The drawers are broken and don't shut properly, also don't slide nicely, very cheaply made. It was a big purchase and I've learned a lesson, always unbox something within the return window, this would have gone back immediately if I had. VERY DISAPOINTING - DO NOT BUY! I am hoping I can find someone to take this off my hands for at least half of what I bought it for! ... show more

Both side rails broke within 3 months of purchase. I have emailed the company 3 times with no response and the number given is not a working number. Do not buy this product as you will not have a way to replace the damaged piece. Now the other side rail broke 6 months later. Terrible quality side rails made with particle board ... show more

Well packaged for shipping. All pieces were in perfect condition, and all parts were delivered. Great quality bedroom set. Only assembly required was the bed frame and attaching the mirror to the dresser. Would highly recommend.

****WARNING**** The bedroom set is lovely however....one of the nightstands arrived with a broken slide track. I called Roundhill and they told me that they would be shipping another one out. I never received it and called several times weekly and was only able to leave messages. NO CALL BACKS! The set was delivered on June 25th. Today someone finally answered the phone and I am assured with a FEDEX tracking number that I will receive a replacement by the end of this week. I bought this bedroom set thinking the pieces were made out of solid wood. most of the parts are engineered wood and the drawers were broken at delivery. I've fixed them with glue and nails. it's still an acceptable and good looking set but if you're looking for a quality solid wood set, you'll need to look elsewhere and probably spend more money. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I really like the color and the design but one of the drawers is completely damaged. The sliding metal is twisted and isn’t holding. All the other items were perfectly assembled and I would like to know if I can get a refund or credit or something.
