Bought this stool to use at my kitchen desk. It is the perfect size, looks really cute, and the seat is padded and comfortable. The only issue I have had with it is that the top of the seat does not fit firmly in place and instead sort of perches gently on top of the stool's storage area. This is a problem because the top of the seat popped off several times as I sat down, leaving me sitting halfway on the seat and halfway in the storage area - and looking very ridiculous :-0 Since I don't need the storage area I may simply hot glue the seat to the base.

Super nice construction. Well built, looks like it’ll last for many years. Mine was just a smidge too high on its lowest setting to go under out table. So I removed the bottom part and screwed the top cushion directly to the pedestal and it looks really good and fits with 4 inches to spare. Looked so good I ordered a second today!
