I installed this 12k pound winch on the back of my Freightliner to pull dead or unsuspecting vehicles and equipment up the ramps. It works great and is easy to operate, I would like to see an option for a wireless remote in the future, but it is a great winch at a great price.

We’ve ordered these before. We were happy with them and still are. First one apparently was stolen in transit. Didn’t make it to our local UPS. We were then charged for a replacement. I finally called and they removed the charge on the one that disappeared in transit; so I’m happy.

This was my first experience with this brand and will be my last. As countless others have said, the quality is missing all around. The first winch was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago. It was damaged in transit and never made it here. They sent out another which just arrived and the packaging was in shambles. The packaging is inadequate for something of this weight in transit. In addition to the physical damage of the winch, the mount had mismatching hardware. We are now left with the task of trying to pack up this mess to send it back.
