If you don't have attic space, you'll need to install it below the ceiling joists and purchase a decorative cover separately.

The media could not be loaded. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a machine that can actually rotate a chandelier—it’s seriously cool. Every time we have guests over, I turn on the rotation and it always gets compliments. It also has a lift function, which works great, though the motor is a bit loud (not a big deal since we don’t use it that often). What really impressed me was the customer service. They responded quickly and explained everything I needed to know about wiring and installation in great detail. The system includes special steel bars for 16’’ ceiling joists, which really helped, but depending on your setup, you might need to make a few adjustments. In my case, I added a sister joist for extra support. The support team gave me solid advice every step of the way—they clearly know what they’re doing.

The media could not be loaded. Fantastic product. Relatively easy to install if you have basic do-it-yourself skills. It is perfect to raise and lower chandelier for maintenance and cleaning. The customer service was 10/10. Very helpful and nice.

The media could not be loaded. My wife is delighted. She LOVES it. We installed it last year and it is operating perfectly. The customer service has been fantastic. He walked us through each step. He was so accessible and responsive, he answered every question and solved every challenge we faced. The unit is extremely well made; it is very sturdy and well-engineered. There is absolutely no sound as it rotates and it rotates at just the right speed. It is possible to believe that the remote control does not work because the rotation begins slowly. I have actually pressed the button twice (stopping the rotation) thinking that it hadn’t begun rotating. Press the rotate button once (you will hear a click) and WAIT. The chandelier will begin to rotate, it may even reverse directions before it finds its groove, just be patient. During the lowering or raising of the chandelier to clean or replace the bulbs IT IS noisy, but only during the occasional time that you lower or raise it The lift is designed to take only 110v bulbs; we converted it to LED's, so we had to modify it by adding a transformer. You can see it in the video. It isn’t pretty; but it works. If I had it to do again I would have put the transformer in the rafters. The lift looks like it was designed to be mounted onto a concrete ceiling. Since we were mounting it on a sloping ceiling, we built a wooden platform to mount the lift. If you have a flat ceiling you will still need to secure the lift to the rafters. I would suggest purchasing an 18 inch square metal plate to mount the lift to. That way you can center the lift by drilling the holes in the proper location on the metal plate and then attaching the metal plate to the rafters. I got all of this information from the supplier, so, before you give up, contact the supplier; they will help you solve the problem!!

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful. Just checkout the video. Everything worked perfectly - had some questions with the installation instructions and customer service responds within the day and stays with me through installation. Provided additional videos and diagrams when prompted about wiring and operation. A few things that are in the instructions but should be called out so others don't miss them (like I did :D): - If the lift (and the chandelier connected to it) are powered on, ascend and descend buttons WILL LOCK after 20 min. Spin button will still work. This is to prevent children from messing with the remote. Simply turn off power and power back on to reenable ascend and descend. - don't press the 3rd button on the remote (human head label) unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing - it apparently is for programming the height of the maximum descend or something.

Very nice chandelier lift that also allow you to rotate the chandelier. It works very nicely but it does make a slight short chirp when the chandelier is turned on. Not an issue as we’ve gotten used to it. A nice improvement would be to turn it off with the remote. Great way to access a chandelier from a tall ceiling and also rotate it for the best viewing angle.
