    • good spatula...but probably not worth the money
This is probably the most expensive spatula you can buy from a mainstream manufacturer. It is not a bad spatula, the angled palette design should be standard issue for all spatulas. The blade is thin enough and has enough flex to slide under foods and lift them up. The problem is that the edges warp too easily and you'll have a crooked looking edge in no time, which can macerate softer foods. And you can forget about using the sides to chop foods, like you see professional chefs do. Essentially, this means that you can find other comparable consumer quality serving spatulas of about the same quality for 1/2 or 1/4 the price. Rosle is supposed to be THE premier maker of small kitchen gadgets, why mess around with that reputation by marketing sub-standard products that are designed and engineered in Germany but made in China? ... show more
