I have several different tongs, but these are my favorite, by far. It takes a little while getting used to the locking mechanism, but once you have it figured out, it becomes second nature. I sometimes find myself trying to lock/unlock other tongs the way you use these. These tongs are monstrous. If that's what you need, these are great. It says manufacturer is Rosle USA but these are made in China per the sticker on the tongs. Still great quality with a cool locking mechanism but I ended sending back.

I do a lot of grilling hence the need for long tongs. The Rosie 16" tongs are made of very heavy stainless steel gage and polished to boot. The locking function is well engineered also. Very easy to handle for the size (16"). I can highly recommend the Rosie 16" tongs. I'm thinking of also purchasing the 12" or smaller tong as this product is exceptional as far as tongs go. ... show more

They work like they should, they are higher quality, the open and close feature is different, yet is handy. Will probably last a lifetime if I don't accidentally drop them down a sewer manhole or throw them at my neighbor's dog. I believe this product was made in China, which was a disappointment.
