  • PB240-RGB: The best dirt-cheap AIO
Size: AIO liquid Cooler Style: PB240-RGB
The media could not be loaded. I bought this cooler for $65 USD TL;DR - For the price, it is perfect, as long as you know how to mount it! I was having issues with overheating on my Ryzen 5600x. My previous 2600x, even with a stock cooler, stayed under 76C under load in this case. When I upgraded, I noticed Temps at 88 C - 90 C while gaming and 56-60 idle. I bought this cooler because it was cheap as well as compatibility with my Rosewill case and fans. After installing with the case closed and letting the water circulate for 15 minutes, my 5600x stays at a cool 38 C while idle, and 76 C (using Ryzen Master) maximum under full load after a 25 minute stress test with Precision Boost Overdrive enabled. EDIT: I changed my fan configuration to use the front as an intake instead of exhaust for the radiator, and temperatures dropped to just 66C under max load using the max fan setting! In gaming, I now see the temps hover around 61-62C, and 68 C with the fans turned off. Overall, for such a cheap AIO, these temps are incredible! Here are some things to note though: -Fans are only compatible with the included controller. Comes in handy if you have a case with Rosewill fans already. -Replacing your old Rosewill LED controller with the included one is worth it for the Remote as well as Motherboard LED control but will prevent your LED Case button from working. - The pump is on the Radiator itself so it is advised NOT to top mount the AIO. If you top mount, be prepared for early failure and pump whine/noise/gurgling. -The most optimal position is Front/Side mounted with the tubes down. Make sure the highest part of the loop is not the pump or the CPU Block. In my picture you can see the in and out ports of the tubes are the highest part of the loop. Here is where the bubbles will get trapped, giving you the best thermal performance and lifetime. -You can change the fan profiles directly on the remote -The Rosewill logo can be re-oriented by removing the plastic cover on the Block and is pretty easy to do so don’t be afraid. -The instructions aren’t the best, but it was pretty easy to install overall if you’ve dealt with AIOs or tower coolers before. -The fans go on the side without the pump cable -Intel bracket comes pre-installed, but the brackets are pretty easy and intuitive to swap out. -Pressing “On” on the remote switches the lights from and to motherboard/built-in light modes -Aura Motherboard support requires an ARBG header -Works with Built-in case LED strips ... show more

This is a review of the Rosewill Model Rocc – 16003 Processor Fan. Summary – Needed a replacement fan for a relative’s pc as the stock AMD fan was dying. After searching and using various fans, I liked this fan based on price, performance as well as enjoy the blue led light inside the fan for some added flair. In terms of the fan itself, once installed it worked as expected like a champ, looks great and is a fan easy to clean! The fan is being used in an older case with poor ventilation. No intake in front, none on the bottom, none on top and only a fan in the back and air vent on the side of the case. I am averaging 35degrees C and under a load would reach around 70degrees C. Installation – This is where the fan gets two stars removed. If you are not careful and strong, you will certainly be left with bent hardware, broken supports, etc. I was mounting this using the included FOR am processors as shown in the photo. The problem is the two side metal bars are super rigid and almost impossible to work with. Angling the fan to get one clip on first is easy and then it becomes hard as the second side sits too high. You need to almost pry and push down with so much force you feel you will be breaking the hardware to get it to latch. If working in a medium case like I was, a limited area only makes this more of a battle. I was able to get it on of course and at least I have no question the fan is seated firmly on my chip. Pending your setup, connect the power cable first as you may not be able to access the pin header once this is installed. Recommendation – Never use stock thermal grease. I recommend Arctic Silver 5 personally combined with the thermal material removal and surface purifier kit. Both are pretty low in cost and would be more than sufficient to do numerous applications. A fan is something you do not want to worry about or go cheap on as heat is something that will be a slow or even fast killer to your computer. Specifications - Features Uses a 92mm PWM fan with blue led lighting. (Led lighting is not very bright and is not able to be adjusted.) Fan rpm will vary from 800 to 2200 and moves 41 CFM. Compared to other fans I have used, this fan was pretty quiet and barely noticeable. Measures 123.72mm wide (including clips for AMD), is 82.8mm deep and is 148.7mm tall. (CHECK YOUR CASE.) I was only 2mm away from needing to return for a smaller fan.) Uses 3 copper heat pipes which are excellent for pulling heat off your processor. Comes with mounting hardware to accommodate all the following chipsets - Intel i3 / i5 / i7 CPUs with socket types LGA 775 / 1366 / 1150 / 1151 / 1155 / 1156 and AMD FM1 / FM2 / FM2+ / AM3+ / AM3 / AM2 / AM2+ / AM4. ... show more
