I was a little concerned because of some of the reviews I read before I purchased it - such as no instructions, damaged headboard, missing parts. NOT MY CASE. I received everything in excellent condition with instructions. It was very easy to put together by myself. Took less than an hour. If you do not have instructions, YouTube has pretty good video on how to put together a platform bed, a different Brand, but very similar. I would have given it 5 stars, but the dimensions led me to believe my queen size mattress would fit, it did not. But the Ad did say Full Size so partly my fault. I needed a new mattress anyway, so I am not upset. At only 189.00--worth every penny. May buy another one for my guest room in a different color! ... show more

Sideboards are to low and make no sense of being divided in 2 parts instead of being one piece. You can still see the mattress frame forcing still to buy a bed skirt that are totally outdated. I feel that is not totally steady and the headboard leans forward. I was little concern of being able to support a couple but I still kept it. Not totally happy. ... show more

This bed is gorgeous. I was skeptical from some reviews but glad I bit the bullet and went forward on it. Some important notes that I was unsure on prior to buying: Yes you do need a box spring. The headboard is NOT adjustable like directions said. I have a 14 inch mattress and 8 inch box spring and it fits perfectly right up to the very bottom of the headboard. All in all its great quality. Folks, the “legs” and “connectors” of this headboard and platform bed arrived crushed because they are made of PLASTIC. I made 2 requests (a month apart) to no avail, asking for replacement parts. Initially I received an email reply asking that I re-confirm my address (that I listed in the first request for parts). After 4 wks, with my platform on bricks until I hopefully received replacement “legs”, I emailed AGAIN requesting replacement parts. It’s clear they weren’t and won’t be sent. While the headboard is nice, everything is made of cheap plastic. The fabric part of the headboard was made well. I’m utterly disappointed in everything about this product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $…even asking and waiting patiently for parts was too much to ask. If I could return the entire thing, I would. ALSO: I spent a lot of time looking for a headboard that could fit my 13.5 inch mattress. This bed DOES NOT allow for a 13.5 inch mattress as per the description. I will be replacing the entire product. What an absolute waste of money and time. BUYER BEWARE!!! ... show more

I bought the full size beige bed frame. It came within a week, and looks exactly like the picture. For the price, I couldn't believe how sturdy and polished the bed was. Now it is low to the ground, but with a box spring and at least a 6inch mattress, you could make something work. I would suggest the 12 inch mattress to get your bed higher. This bed was for my first apartment and when I say, if I ever move to a bigger apartment I would order the queen/king version of this bed with no hesitation. also, the parts are very organized, my father put it together, but it took maybe 45 minutes to a hour. ... show more

The bed came with a few small tears but luckily they are at places that is either not visible or would be covered by the blanket/comforter. Set up was pretty simple, took us maybe an hour. We used it with a 9 inch box spring and 10 inch foam mattress and it still seemed a bit low, will probably have to add a second box spring to raise bed height up a bit more. ... show more

This bed frame is very low. You will need a box spring to not feel like you are sleeping on the floor. Also the headboard is very tall and there is a considerable gap from the top of your mattress to the bottom of the headboard. I’ve have this bed frame about a month and it has started to wiggle a little even though it’s against the wall. Overall it’s a good value and it looks very expensive compared to others in this price point. I would buy this again. ... show more
