Purchased to propagate a rubber tree branch. This appears to be working. It took about 2 weeks to start to see a first root forming. After 1 month there are numerous tiny roots emerging. I will wait until they are a bit longer before trying to plant the new tree. So for rubber trees you need to plan on at least 6 weeks I think. ... show more

Top plant was June 27 bottom plant picture is Sept 5. The plant had been growing slow and I decided to toss a water with the drops in, and now the plants on steroids. Guess it's what it needed. The plants I have rooting in jars arre beginning to kind of show a week and half after starting drops.

My plants actually grew a lot in the water for its propagation. During the summer I was experiencing with different glass containers and Leca to see how well they will grow. The growth rate on my smaller cutting grew significantly.
