Doesn’t open up
Color: White New
Size: 24-Volt
Bought this for my son for Christmas and only use it once in the house to test it out because it was still snowing outside. Now with the weather warming up and no more snow it doesn’t open up anymore. Help! I’m reading a lot of people have the same issue but I don’t know how to fix it. Already contacted the seller so hopefully I’ll get a response soon. I changed my review to 5 stars because they contacted me back and they were able to replace it with a new one. Thanks again for your help.

Fast, Quiet, and Fun! Great Gift for Little Riders
Color: Silver
Size: 24-Volt
The package arrived in a smaller box than I expected, and the product is foldable, making it super easy to store. The kids absolutely love it - it's fast, quiet, and such a fun ride. A perfect holiday gift choice! They've been enjoying their new ride-ons all afternoon.

Nice concept but support is a sham
Color: White New
Size: 24-Volt
WHEN you need product support (and you 100% will around month 6, if not earlier) you will have absolutely ZERO luck getting anyone - even an automated confirmation receipt of message would have been nice. NOTHING. I have reached out in every possible way to this company, several times, due to faulty batteries and a pedal that quit working - I sent all documentation and pictures of the issue. It's frustrating, we spent a small fortune on these scooters, and now we will just toss it to fill a landfill. The concept is fun, the kids loved their scooters, but they were heartbroken when they stopped working. Poorly made, even worse product support! Buyer Beware!

Awesome ride on toy
Color: Black
Size: 24-Volt
My daughter loves this! Easy to use and love that it folds up for storage! Battery life is decent and I would think it lasts longer for lighter kids. Goes just fast enough without her crashing out. Super easy for kids to understand how to use without consistent help. Definitely recommend. We owned the previous version and it still works just got second for other kid.

Fantastic ride for a kid
Color: White New
Size: 24-Volt
My daughter loved it. It’s her favorite toy ever. The battery lasts for more than 3 hours which is great, however, it takes between 4-6 hours to recharge. Very enjoyable and entertaining. Definitely worth the price.

Great customer Service
Color: White New
Size: 24-Volt
We purchased this for our 5 year old son for Christmas. He LOVED it and multiple of his friends got the same gift so they had a little group riding around all day everyday. Unfortunately after only a few weeks it broke. As much as that sucks, it happens. I reached out to the Amazon seller who immediately responded. I had additional questions and the seller went back and forth with me and informed me that the seller warranty was past the 30 days but the product was still under warranty through the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they completely took care of the problem! They made the process easy, hastle free and sent a new Nighthawk that same day. As much as it sucks that my son didn't have his Nighthawk for a couple weeks, it's OK because that can happen and it's how the company/seller react to product issues that make me want to support them. The Nighthawk is sure to be a hit and rest easy knowing that if you have any issues the manufacturer stands by their product!

Updated- 1st order did not work, but issue resolved
Color: White New
Size: 24-Volt
1/13/2023**This is an update to original review(below)**: The company handled this better than expected. After reaching out to Amazon seller, they had advised and sent a link to create a claim with the RollPlay company. Honestly, I thought it would end there and nothing would be resolved. I am stunned and happy to report that RollPlay has QUICKLY answered my claim and it is in the process of being resolved. I appreciate the efforts from everyone to make this right. --- 1/12/2023 This was a really cool ride on for the 20 minutes that it worked. Unfortunately, it stopped working midway through the first time it was used. After messaging seller, they only advised to contact the manufacturer. We did slight trouble shooting (but did not want to go too far as to compromise any warranty), but could not get it working again. Apparently, we are still within manufacture warranty, so I did message RollPlay too. I will update if this gets resolved.
