Now with the weather warming up and no more snow it doesn’t open up anymore. Help! I’m reading a lot of people have the same issue but I don’t know how to fix it. WHEN you need product support (and you 100% will around month 6, if not earlier) you will have absolutely ZERO luck getting anyone - even an automated confirmation receipt of message would have been nice. NOTHING. I have reached out in every possible way to this company, several times, due to faulty batteries and a pedal that quit working - I sent all documentation and pictures of the issue. It's frustrating, we spent a small fortune on these scooters, and now we will just toss it to fill a landfill. The concept is fun, the kids loved their scooters, but they were heartbroken when they stopped working. Poorly made, even worse product support! Buyer Beware!

My daughter loves this! Easy to use and love that it folds up for storage! Battery life is decent and I would think it lasts longer for lighter kids. Goes just fast enough without her crashing out. Super easy for kids to understand how to use without consistent help. Definitely recommend. We owned the previous version and it still works just got second for other kid.

My daughter loved it. It’s her favorite toy ever. The battery lasts for more than 3 hours which is great, however, it takes between 4-6 hours to recharge. Very enjoyable and entertaining. Definitely worth the price.

A lot of people in our family pooled their money so we can buy two for Christmas for our two kids who are 6 & 8. It was a big deal with lots of excitement. Both kids love them. One came with a faulty charger but the company sent a free replacement right away. Three weeks into the fun of pretty much daily riding, the 6yr old missed the driveway. He slipped off the concrete edge onto the grass and hit a paver at low speed. The entire front wheel apparatus broke off beyond repair. We were shocked and sad. Customer Service was absolutely stellar, responsive and helpful. They approved us for a replacement night hawk. A few weeks later, we received a full refund instead since they were out of stock. The kids take turns on the remaining night hawk and are not allowed on the sidewalk. Culdesac only, avoid potholes & carry it up the driveway.
