My kid loves this thing. The charge lasts for hours. All the neighborhood kids love it and can ride it easily. I wouldn’t let a child younger than 5 on it unless they are very body aware to avoid any fingers getting smashed. Heavy but my 7 year old can close and pull it on her own.

Our son LOVES this! He is 5 and it was easy for him to learn how to use and maneuver. It does go fast so I recommend a helmet. Also, it is very loud on a sidewalk or street so if you are yelling for them, they may not be able to hear you.

I don’t write many, but I had to write this. First I ordered it on a fluke because of price, then it came in a battered up box so I was so nervous, oh my goodness it was perfect, charged it and my granddaughter loves it and the whole neighborhood of 4-9 yr olds beg to ride it. Truthfully had I known it was this amazing and fun I’d have gotten two or three especially at the price, but I looked and it’s discontinued and new much pricier model has replaced it! It’s well worth it I’m so sure but I can’t afford to get a couple more for the other neighbors so the line to ride it isn’t so long, at the new price! This thing worked for less than two weeks, exactly 3 times my grandson got to ride it. It's a great little ride on toy, but on his third ride, it just quit. The lights come on, but the motor doesn't work. We think the drive broke, because the wheel spins freely, whereas out of the box the wheel would barely move by hand. Their only fix was a new pedal switch, but that did nothing but make the wings not come out. Customer service is nice, but not really helpful, because it's been two months since it quit, and they're still "out of stock" on replacements after two months. They did offer a refund, I may accept that, but I'll still be out $60 for the extra insurance I paid for. It's not 'giftable' because it's disappointing to give a gift that's so fun but breaks so easily. What a waste of money. I want to believe they'll make it right, I'll update if anything changes. ... show more

1/13/2023**This is an update to original review(below)**: The company handled this better than expected. After reaching out to Amazon seller, they had advised and sent a link to create a claim with the RollPlay company. Honestly, I thought it would end there and nothing would be resolved. I am stunned and happy to report that RollPlay has QUICKLY answered my claim and it is in the process of being resolved. I appreciate the efforts from everyone to make this right. --- 1/12/2023 This was a really cool ride on for the 20 minutes that it worked. Unfortunately, it stopped working midway through the first time it was used. After messaging seller, they only advised to contact the manufacturer. We did slight trouble shooting (but did not want to go too far as to compromise any warranty), but could not get it working again. Apparently, we are still within manufacture warranty, so I did message RollPlay too. I will update if this gets resolved. ... show more
