    • Nice toolbox for crafters and artists
I am writing this review with good and bad feedback. I purchase a lot of items on Amazon, and lately had to return several items because of damage and receiving the completely wrong item. Now potentially jeopardizing my customer status. This product being among them. I have purchased the “used like new condition” option many times to save a couple of dollars. More than half the time it works out, but it’s a pain and not worth it when it doesn’t. Lately, I am experiencing items that ARE NOT in “like new condition”, and not even the items that I ordered and as a consumer I will, from now on, ignore that option because it is not worth your time and fuel to return and possible ban from Amazon if you are returning too many items. This item at the time was selling a “like new condition”, but because of what it was, I purchased a “new” item at the full price. What I received was a damaged item that was not in the original box, but in a ridiculously oversized box with some sheets of bubble wrap thrown in there and not even wrapped around the item. Therefore letting this heavy tool box be “flopped” around inside the box during shipping. When I filled out my return information, I was offered the option to keep the item with a $30.00 discount. I declined because it was damaged. I had to waste my time and gas to return this item when I strongly believe that it was the “like new condition” item that was sent to me, not a “new” item because when I received the replacement item it WAS in it’s original packaging and the box was a nice tight fit and the item came undamaged. Now for the positive feedback. I purchased this tool box for all my clay tools and it works out great. It has a lot of compartments and I like the fact that I can separate each section AND have full access without having to unlock from each part. I also like that it is on casters and has a retractable handle and can be moved around like a luggage. That makes it super convenient and a very nice option. Exactly what I needed—so much so that I bought two. These toolboxes allow me to organize by category; for example, I use one exclusively for electrical wiring tools. Living on a small farm, it’s incredibly helpful to have everything I need in one place and easily transportable to the job site.
