Very easy to assemble clear-cut instructions good sturdy assembly can be assembled with the Allen wrench if they provide. Yet you still need a number three Phillips screwdriver to tighten the webcam stand.

Sturdy TV stand for outdoor use once you get it assembled. Fairly easy to assemble except for the shelf. Once you get the shelf figured out and on it is a very solid stand.
