I have to say, I was so skeptical thinking it wouldn't be as easy as it was to put together as the video showed but it was even better. Ninety perfect was already in tact and I just had to screw on the wheels (no tools), bag and back rest and it was done in seconds. Folds up nicely. Looks really nice and great for the price. I highly recommend.

I bought this product in December 2022. I absolutely love it. At that time I was close to the weight limit and was concerned about the durability. The Rollator is very sturdy and very light. It is very easy to lift into the cargo area of my Acadia. I even built a little “bike rack” so it will stand up in the cargo area. It makes it very easy to roll in and out and will not tip over. Easy to fold and unfold. I use it anytime I have a long distance to walk or when I have to stand in line. Without this, I would not be able to shop unless a scooter is available. I am thinking about buying a second one for my husband’s car.

My mother uses a walker around her apartment that she loves. Her walker is very heavy for me to lift and put into the car when I take her to her appointments, plus it doesn't fold very small and is very difficult to wrestle into my car. I ordered this Rollator because it is lighter and folds smaller than her usual walker does. I can lift this one much easier and put it in my car trunk. The wheels are larger and they handle any bumps or doorways with ease. My mom wants to have a walker with a seat in case she feels the need to sit down quickly, and this has a seat that is large enough to feel secure to her. The back rest is a material that will adjust to her back, but it is stiff right out of the box. There is a carrier bag, but it is on the level of the seat, on the opposite side of where she walks, so it is not convenient for her to use unless she moves to the other side of the walker, sits down somewhere and then accesses it. The tote is roomy, and could hold a lot if she needed though. The only thing she doesn't like is that the back wheels are on a frame that stretch further back, and are on either side of her legs as she walks. She is afraid she could trip over them if she turned to the side for any reason. But she is happy to use it for short trips to the doctor, as long as I am with her. I really appreciate the easy folding, and the light weight. It is a 5 star for me!

After using a 3-wheel walker for the past 5 years, I finally gave in to the fact that I need one with a seat. The most important feature to me was the weight, as I have to lift it in and out of my car, sometimes several time a day, but I didn't want to compromise sturdiness, safety, and, of course, appearance. That's how I ended up choosing the Healconnex Rollator, or, as I call it, "My Jag". Can a rollator look awesome? You bet it can, and this one does! It actually has everything I was looking for, so it's definitely a keeper. After assembling the rollator, I was unable to tighten one of the front wheels. I contacted HealConnex customer service, and after receiving detailed instructions, I saw my mistake. I had the washer on backwards! I turned it around so that the curvature faces the pole of the wheel, and now the wheels are as tight and safe as they should be. Good customer service is important, and HealConnex has the best! Thank you, Huofengju! On the first day that I used the rollator, I attended a meeting where there were no seats available. I was so happy to be able to comfortably sit on my rollator seat for an hour and a half. No, it's not as comfy as a chair, but it served it's purpose. All that I need now is a good cup holder that fits this rollator. The one that was suggested by Amazon, which is not meant to be mounted on a flat surface, fell off, along with my cell phone in it, fortunately on a carpet. Now I'm back to searching for one that fits. Suggestions would be welcomed! I'm sure that the HealConnex Rollator will make a very positive difference in my life in so many ways!

Came on time. Much easier to put together than the video showed. My husband had it together in 15 minutes by just looking at the instructions pictures. Was going to use it to get through the airport faster & easier. Never made it to the gate. We were running late and tried using the escalator instead of looking for the elevator. Back wheels too long for escalator step & when I got to top the front wheels didn’t go over the lip & I fell backwards, hitting my head on the metal step - lots of bleeding. My error for (1) not practicing with this rollator (had one of the common rollators for years); (2) not paying more attention to the gentleman who pointed out that the back rollator legs stick way out (I had tripped over them a couple of times); (3) should have known better than trying to take ANY rollator on an escalator. Pros: comfortable to sit in; folds up easily & stays folded; on our hardwood floor it rolls steady enough to carry 1 or 2 cups of tea without spilling; looks nice; is unique looking; Pro/Con: moves very quickly; Con: 15.6# is not as light weight as it sounds, at least not for an older person (I’m 76 years old).

Great value, and works wonderfully! The nice thing about this model is that when there's a tight space to squeeze through --- it's as easy as pulling up the handle on the seat, and making the walker 'skinny'. Inside my house, I only use it in the 'narrow' position (due to current furniture layout). Love the soft seat - it's easy on the sciatica! I've recommended this walker multiple times when I've been out and about!
