I have not put this together yet. I am waiting on the perfect fall weekend. Most everything for assembly is included. The directions are printed in a nice-sized booklet. Items that need assembly are bagged together which will make construction less daunting. It seems no detail was missed. It does not appear to be difficult to put together but you cannot rush through it either. I plan to read the instructions well before laying out the pieces.
