BACKSTORY: I don’t really do the review thing but I feel compelled to with this one. Recently, we were in the market to upgrade our living room TV stand since our current one was getting beaten up over time. Toddlers will do that. Anyway, looking on Amazon naturally was my first instinct and it was a pretty deep rabbit hole with so many different options. One thing I knew for sure was this go around we wanted an electric fireplace as a perk. I narrowed it down to a few until this one caught my eye. I’m not a fan of mounting TVs to the wall but what was appealing about this stand was a mount that attaches to the TV stand itself. Also seeing the LED lights that go along with it, I was sold. Now for “The Real”: - Be prepared to spend 3-4 hours to put this together if doing it by yourself. I put the time aside and like to do these little projects, you get a sense of pride and accomplishment when it’s all said and done. -I had one screw hole that was actually stripped. I took one of the extra wooden pegs (there was a bag for extra parts) that fit the hole with a little glue and drilled a bit which allowed for the screw to fit. Not a big deal, could be a one off anomaly but I figure I’d mention this in case someone else finds themselves in this situation. Note: I did not mention this to the seller as I felt I took care of the issue. -Once assembled it was a bit shorter in height than my previous stand but longer than it. It’s definitely not one of those monstrously big TV stands. The best word to describe it is compact. -The stand has a sort of glossy finish, time will tell if it maintains itself well or peels. -This was the first time I ever mounted a TV so I was a bit concerned since I have a 50” Panasonic plasma. Let me say this, the mount is sturdy as hell it lives up to its billing of being able to handle heavy weight. Also the mount can turn the TV slightly left or right, another nice bonus touch. There is a wall anchor strap to screw into the wall in case it tips not sure how strong it actually is but I’d recommend using it and marking out where on the wall you want it to sit after finalizing the placement of your stand. Before using the wall anchor, I grabbed the TV from the backside and pulled it a little to see if the stand would tilt forward and it does. -The fireplace definitely adds character to the room. Sitting on the couch across it looks sharp and has 8 different color settings, a timer for auto shut off and it heats. When looking up close at it, you can see it’s a backscreen projection which appears basic. The imitation diamond rocks add a nice vibe to it. The power buttons are on the unit itself. I think there is instructions for an app to use, I have to double check on that. -The LED lights give a pizazz to the room. I like the lights in the top drawers but I absolutely LOVE the back lights on the TV. This is really stunning and provides a modern feel during movie nights. The great thing about LED lights are they use low energy, great when trying to conserve on the electric bill. The lights conveniently come with a remote too. Overall, I absolutely love this TV stand so much that I’m considering getting one for our basement in the future. The picture doesn’t do it justice as to how cool this thing really is. I rated this 5 Stars but in actuality I give it a 4.85. There are so many things to love about this stand it’s so sleek and modern and really helped transform the look of our living room. I took a little off the stand being shorter in height than I anticipated, for the fireplace looking a little on the basic side (although I like all the features and options to it) and the possible TV stand tilting forward if not anchored. Also a plus worth mentioning, this seller is absolutely awesome. Very accommodating, polite and gracious. The stand went on sale the day I received it in the mail and the seller gave me a price adjustment when I asked about it. If you are in the market for a TV stand and on the fence about a few, forget the rest and get this one, it performs the job well and you won’t be disappointed!

We love our fireplace/movie music entertainment center! This brings our living area alive! Music dancing. Movie nights, we can alternate the background lighting to match the ambience to the movie that's playing whether it's a scary movie action movie a romantic movie. The fireplace changes colors to match the lighting as well it's so beautiful we love it we've had so much use and fun and for the price I haven't seen anything like this anywhere in any place available other than finding it right here on Amazon I haven't seen anyone of our friends or family this in their homes. It's fairly easy to put together just like any other entertainment center and it's very easy to operate by remote control to change the lights and two separate remotes one for the fireplace that changes the color of the fireplace and turns on and off the fireplace to heat and then the other remote turns the color of the lighting around the television. This would be great for gamers but I don't play games I have this downstairs in the living area for movies but I'm sure teenagers would love to have this in their room playing video games.

Took about 4.5 hours with my husband and I. Went step by step and the instructions weren’t so bad. Our biggest issue was screwing the screws in because they stripped so fast. Got a few bruises from trying to get them to go in place. All in all it was worth it because it looks really cool.

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to follow instructions and had plenty of extra parts. It took a while to assemble because I like making sure everything is aligned properly, especially with the lights and mounting my TV (there were multiple screws for different kinds of TVs so you can pick the one that fits). The app is easy to use (to access warmer colors like yellow, click the color wheel and the yellow at the edge of the circle, not closer in), there are a couple of fire color settings too. The only downside is that the cabinets aren’t as deep, my PS4 hangs over like you can see in the picture. But I don’t mind it too much. I love the magnetic push cabinets and the shine of the TV stand. It’s very easy to wipe down and makes my soundbar amplify sound. The heater works well with temperature adjustment. Cable management is mind blowing, all my cables are hooked up and hidden in the photo! It’s a beautiful piece of furniture and a huge upgrade for my household.

10/9/2024 Review update: I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I had zero expectations of anyone reaching out or even caring that I had a defective item based on the purchasing date. This company deserves five stars! They reached out and jumped through hoops to remedy the situation. They truly cared about their customer (me) having a working product. Because of this, I will definitely buy from them in the future. My motto is Everyone makes mistakes, it’s how you come back from your mistakes that define you”. I have updated the one star to five stars because they earned it! I now have heat from the fireplace and the sound of the fan that I had no idea existed initially 🤷♀️ Thank you for caring about customers and products! Now that the weather is cooler, the heating element does not work. SUPER disappointed. It worked when we checked it after everything was put together, now it won’t turn on, it just flashes the number on the screen. Poor quality and apparently a waste of money because the main reason for purchasing it was to use a heat like a fireplace. Such a bummer!!
