My wife and love the way this unit looks in our living room. It took me just about 3 hours to put together, and the fireplace/heater is so awesome. My only issue is that the unit somehow also responds to my Nvidia sheild remote control. So when I lower the tv volume, it will either turn the lights and or heater on or off! Otherwise, the heater and lights work great. I do wish it only had one remote for both the lights and heater, instead of two. I just have so many remotes now. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Gorgeous TV stand for a great price. Put it together all by myself took me about 4 hours start to finish. (I take my time and read very slowly). The directions were clear and straight forward, and every piece fit how it’s supposed to. At no point was I confused. They even include a screwdriver and Allen key if you don’t have one which is all you will need for the set up. Only thing is you should know the heater needs to be plugged into its own wall socket and can’t be sharing the socket with anything else to avoid possible fires. I had to do some thinking and moving around for this to work for me. It’s a little on the shorter side as well but I thought that was bothering me but as long as you position your tv low enough if mounting , then it’s fine. The LED lights go great with the LED lights that came with my tv mount. I have no complaints, it’s beautiful, functional. No regrets. ... show more

The fire place is very nice for the money and easy to assemble. Took my wife and I an hour and half. It is a little short for my liking but not enough to return. LED lights are cool and the fireplace looks good, heat is not amazing but it was more for ambience.

The media could not be loaded. Great product! Great price! We received this Tv stand for our 65" TV and we absolutely love it! The packaging itself was great and not to mention all the hardware and even the extra tools to help assemble it! The TV stand isn't too bulky and is sturdy also, which is a plus and instructions are pretty easy. The LED remote didn't work but the app on the phone made it easy to adjust the lights.     • Expensive and Defective — No Replacement Sent
Paid $289.99 (over $314 with tax). Assembly took about 1.5 hours and was straightforward. Once assembled, it looks somewhat inexpensive, but the bigger issue is that the remote did not work right out of the box. We contacted the seller on January 19, well within the return window. Instead of immediately sending a replacement remote for a brand-new defective product, we were instructed to download an app and troubleshoot it ourselves. After completing the requested steps, we were told a replacement remote would be sent. It never arrived. For a product at this price point, this is unacceptable. A defective item should be replaced promptly without requiring the customer to perform technical diagnostics. Very disappointed in both the product quality and the lack of follow-through on customer service. ... show more

It’s beautiful. Fairly easy to assemble, don’t do it if you’re even a tiny bit tired. The steps are easy, but there’s a lot of them, so it’s easy to accidentally skip one or misread one. I thought it was going to be a bit bigger, it’s a little small, but that’s on me for not checking the measurements. I still really like it! Really good quality.
