Nice medium-duty stand
It's not a heavy-duty light stand, but robust and high-quality enough to perform well with a medium-sized softbox with strobe. Don't expect it to be super stable with larger rigs, but medium strobes are fine on this setup.

Very impressed, a 10/10
The media could not be loaded. Love this stand. I paired it with the Rockville DP Mount. Both are very sturdy, strong, durable and well built. Very light, not heavy at all, the crank was so easy to use, with using just with just one hand, showing the ease and how firm everything was. The feel is really nice, good quality material. No issues at all. Definitely would recommend! ... show more

Hold a 60lb 15in wood cabinet speaker!!
Review Image by Nealstahl Nealstahl
Wind blew my speaker over last gig and bent one of my ultimate support stands (speakers ok) So I saw the stand and I said it can match the height of my other and it'd be here in time before my next gig so I put one in the cart just to try it out. Once i put my 60lb speaker on it and cranked it up easily. I put another in my cart and bought it. The steel construction is very heavy duty. The crank is nice and smooth. Very well built and if you put the crank handle down it locks it so it can't go up and down genius!! The only gripe is the tripod leg set screw on the base is a little funky but once you get it tightened down it's not moving. The carrying bag is also very nice. Good product Rockville! ... show more

A Must for busy mobile DJs
Easy to use and to crank with 15inch speakers. Bag feels cheap but I use a sturdier bag to carry them. Very solid and we use them several times during the week. They have held up well so far after a few months.
