    • Strong, good-looking stainless steel industrial shelf

I looked for a shelf like this during a previous remodel but couldn't find anything that was reasonably priced. This shelf reflects in the strength and quality of a much more expensive industrial shelf and an affordable price. Putting the shelf together was simple and straightforward. Once put together, there are no sharp edges to be concerned with. One factor that is important... each "leg" of the shelf needs to be fastened to a solid surface, such as wood, tile, cement, etc. If the shelf is going to have any weight to speak of placed on it, using drywall anchors for the shelf supports is not viable. Since the shelf is 36-inches wide and most common household studs are located 16-inches on center, the two legs of the shelf will not both land on studs unless some kind of specialized reinforcement exists behind the drywall. If there were a way to mount the shelf so that both legs would land on standard spaced studs, it would make installation a lot easier and more versatile. I like the shelf. It looks great in my kitchen, supports a good deal more weight than my old shelving, and is incredibly easy to clean and maintain. Given that this was something I was looking for previously, I would order it again. I have no problems recommending it to others, as long as they have a stable and supported mounting place in which to hang it. ... show more

These are easy to use and nice looking. But you'll want to remove the protective plastic covering before you do anything else... which can take some time.
