great wire.. I had purchased 3 of those to use in completely new audio system installation in my ram 1500 quad cab... 3 boxes later I was all out of wire, and I've needed about 4 feet more. I don't see how I could have used it all up so quickly, and I am still believing that somehow I've lost a spool of it somewhere inside the truck (though I have completed the install later, and cleaned everything out lol) ... show more

The wire has a nice thick jacket and a nice look to it. Makes it a little tricky to strip. However I would have given this wire five stars but this wire is not copper.

When it comes to speaker wire a lot of it is the same even though advertising might show differently. What I liked about this wire was the thick covering that the 16awg had. It was not too large for connections but it was firm and easy to strip. At the same time very flexible. It made my speaker installation job in my car a snap. If I was to get more speaker wire I would get this again! ... show more
