I bought three of these. Only one worked right. The wheels on the the left of two of them wouldn't turn. Contacted product support with no response. It's too bad to as the one that did work right was awesome.

This item was damaged when I opened it. I discovered that the wires were severed when I opened the box. They were purchased on October 10 but we just opened them on Christmas

This review is more about the manufacturer than the product. The product works great, my daughter loved it. But the remote came with corroded, dead batteries.

Gave the Rainbow Riley to my granddaughter for her 5th birthday. Once you finally get it our of the box, disconnect the "try me" cord, get a screwdriver to install the 7 batteries (my installed remote batteries were dead) and pair it, its adorable and fun to play with. She loved it even more when it got dark out and the lights were more visible and vibrant. The music isn't overwhelmingly loud, and can be turned off. Perfect for the 5 year old age range.
