  • If you like Mel Brooks, you'll love this film!
Mel Brook's humorous stamp is all over this comedic form of Robin Hood, and just as delightful to see time and time again!

Such a funny movie, and great for all ages. I love Cary Elewes and Dave Chappelle. Such a great cast. I remember watching this when I was younger and it hasn’t lost its magic

  • classic. uh...some jokes may not hold up well.
this movie is a classic. some jokes will need to be explained to non millennial non gen x as there are many 80/90 humor that had to do with what was happening at the time. some jokes may not hold up well as they may be now seen in poor taste. interesting fact the 3 kings that robbin mentions in joke form while in the prison scene are different for each language/region . presumably for relatable humor references. chock full of 'easter eggs ' and cultural commentary/ poking fun. one of Mel brooks best in my opinion. ... show more
