Description

"Though I know I should be wary, Still I venture someplace scary; Ghostly hauntings I turn loose… Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!" Based on Tim Burton's blockbuster film of the same name, this animated show features Beetlejuice, the wild "ghost with the most" from the "Neitherworld" and his mortal best friend Lydia Deetz, a young, perky goth girl attending a private school in a sleepy little Connecticut town. Upon befriending Lydia, Beetlejuice promptly whisks her off from her ordinary life into wacky adventures in the land of the dead, or Neitherworld, which is filled with kooky characters and madcap monsters at every turn! Now all 94 ghoulish episodes have popped up on DVD for the first time with this hauntingly good 12-disc set! It's showtime!]]>

A Showcase‑Worthy Preservation of a Cult‑Classic Animated Series
“Beetlejuice: The Complete Series” on DVD is a standout release for collectors who appreciate owning definitive editions of beloved animated shows. This set brings together the entire run of the cult‑favorite cartoon in a format that feels thoughtfully curated, shelf‑worthy, and built for long‑term enjoyment. A Faithful, Archival‑Quality Presentation While the series predates HD mastering, the transfers included here are clean, vibrant, and true to the original broadcast aesthetic. Colors retain that unmistakable ’90s animation charm, and the episodes play with a consistency that collectors will appreciate. It’s a faithful preservation rather than a modern reinterpretation — exactly what purists want. Complete Series in One Cohesive Package For collectors, completeness matters. This set delivers: • Every episode across the full series run • Organized discs that make navigation intuitive • A unified presentation that avoids the piecemeal feel of earlier releases It’s the kind of collection that feels satisfying to own because it consolidates the entire animated legacy in one place. Packaging With Display Appeal The packaging is sturdy, visually appealing, and designed with collectors in mind. It looks sharp on a shelf, with artwork that captures the quirky, gothic‑playful tone of the show. Whether you keep your sets sealed or open them for viewing, this one has strong display presence. A Must‑Have for Animation and Burtonverse Enthusiasts This release hits the sweet spot for fans who appreciate: • Classic animation • Tim Burton’s early creative influence • Nostalgic, off‑beat storytelling • Physical media that preserves shows not widely available on streaming It’s a piece of animation history that deserves a place in any serious collection. Final Verdict “Beetlejuice: The Complete Series” is a premium addition to any collector’s library — a complete, well‑presented, and lovingly preserved set that honors the spirit of the original series. For fans of the cartoon, Tim Burton collectors, or anyone curating a high‑quality animation shelf, this release is absolutely worth owning. ... show more

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetle....Fun Cartoon For the Family
My son enjoyed these cartoons as a youngster. I've introduced him to the Beetlejuice movies, and he enjoys both. He would like to watch the cartoons for fun, so we decided to purchase this set. Unfortunately our set had to be returned because of discs falling off their hubs during shipping and getting scratched. This isn't Amazon's fault or the USPS, but DVD companies using clamshell cases with shallow hubs. The shallow hubs make it difficult to snap DVDs in place, so unfortunately DVDs can easily fall off, especially during shipping. But this is a fun cartoon for fans of the Beetlejuice movies and is now considered a cult classic. ... show more

It's show time!
I used to watch this show when I was a kid (back when the show originally aired) and loved it. I still love the show and have been waiting for it to come out on DVD for literally years now. Shout! Factory, who brought us some amazing TV on DVD releases such as All in the Family: The Complete Series, the post Rhino Video Mystery Science Theatre 3000 volumes and the various SCTV sets, is going to be releasing this title in May and I couldn't be happier. This is a very funny series -- corny at times, yes -- but that just adds to the fun. For those of you who have seen the series before, you know how good it is already, but for those of you who never saw it, check out some episodes on You Tube first and see what you think of it. As for me, I wish I didn't have to wait till May to get it. I wish I could just say "Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!" and it would just magically appear -- delivered straight from the Netherworld, but I guess I will just have to wait for the official DVD release like everyone else. On top of this complete series set there will also be a season one set of this series being released on the same date, but I am going to get the complete series. I ran into a problem with Time Life a while back when I started collecting individual volumes of The Real Ghostbusters on DVD. I managed to get the first three out of the five volumes of the series individually, but Time Life pulled the rug out from under me by not releasing the last two volumes separately. I ended up having to buy the complete series and sell off the other three volumes. I realize, of course, that Time Life and Shout! Factory are two separate companies, but If the complete series and season one are both coming out at the same time, I am definitely getting the complete series. I'm not saying that Shout! Factory will pull the rug out from under those who choose to buy the seasons individually, but after what Time Life did, I am not leaving myself open to such a dirty underhanded trick again. I'm not sure about anyway else, but unless there are official release dates for the other seasons of the series before the end of May, I am sticking to getting the complete series. ... show more
