My girls say they DEFINITELY work. They’re college students and the other work from home doing computer work all day long. They all said their eyes are always pretty tired after a couple of hours on the computer (so they’ve been practicing looking away from computer every 30 min and focusing on something across the room just to give their eyes a break).
