As a bow hunting stand, this is a great stand at 19.5', it's tall. I like the large platform and the flip up seat, so that when standing you have plenty of room to move around. The seat itself is very comfortable for those long sits too. The stand itself is well built and the "Lockdown Strapping System is a big bonus as far as safety goes in that the stand will be secured safely to the tree before you before you ever climb up in it.     • Heavy but has good quality
It has good quality and is made of solid, durable material. Assembly is fairly easy, but it’s a bit heavy, so you might need another person to help with installation. I can confidently say it’s very sturdy and can handle even heavy weight without issue. Overall, I like it — it works very well and feels high-quality. I spent a good couple hours deciphering the instructions and putting this thing together. There was more than once I thought it would be nice to have someone helping me, but it can be put together by one man with some patience. Once it is together a person could transport it in two pieces and assemble it easier. Well two main pieces. The straps holding the thing together and up against a tree are parts you may have to carry in a bag on your back or something. It is unwieldy and very top heavy. I was going to put it up in my front yard just to test. Well, I did not. Functionally, I'm sure it works when you finally get it set up. I would bring a friend to help with that. It looks like it would be comfortable enough to sit in after it was set up. It is a beast though to get in. It also is a bit clanky sounding when you move it about, but I would not worry about it collapsing if installed properly. It is worth the price if you have a place to leave it for the season. I would test the straps before climbing it. ... show more
