Some parts came broken and would not unite easily. Some parts even came unhinged meaning they were coming apart. There are gaps that let some of the water go in and don't keep the warmth inside.

There was no hardware or instructions. Nothing lined up for assembly. Gaps between the boards of the floor. I do not recommend buying this dog house. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I got this package soon, these board was well-wrapped and the instructions were very clear and it was actually very quick to complete. I prepared my own electric drill and longer screws in advance (because this dog house has some reserved holes that are really deep) BTW the asphalt roof is a bit heavy I thought I could pick it up easily, it almost hit my foot. LOL. Although there was a little rain in the backyard, the "floor" was still dry after being left there overnight. because the waterproof asphalt roof and door curtains provide some protection from rain and wind, I'm sure my dog will be well protected. Really very good. The boards are thick and have no weird smell, which I am very happy with. In the end, what I really have to praise is that the shape and color are really beautiful. I am very happy to receive this package quickly and completely. It doesn't have many parts, and according to the instructions in the manual, it is actually very easy to assemble these parts. The asphalt board is already the heaviest part (but it doesn't actually affect the handling). I quickly assembled it, and I took a quick photo. The color is really beautiful, and it can be placed indoors. So far at least, my dog has gotten used to the new house pretty quickly. Happy shopping! ... show more
