Pros Adjustable weight Cons THE LAUGHABLE EXCUSE FOR STRAPS ON THE SIDE I fixed this by double looping the string through both sides of the loops but if I was larger it would be harder to do so. Also without the straps on the side the balance and comfort is AWFUL so I would reccommend you double loop your straps especially at max weight if possible. Idk if it was supposed to be "cute" or for fashion but I wear this to get stronger! Not to look cute which btw the straps to not somehow negate the SUPER bulky and clunky type appearance it has. I have worn this 5 days a week (when I do my office job) and for 4-6 hours This is week 2 with having this on and the straps have been basically gone. I do have it as the max weight it can hold BUT if it is designed for that I would assume the straps were supposed to last with the weight provided. ^again double strapping it fixes it Upped to 4 stars because I had to double knot and others who are not the same weight or have a larger bust than I cannot do it. A much larger strap would be amazing! So because of the price 4 stars if it was 60 bucks it would have been 5 stars and also it took a LONG time to get to me

This is the most comfortable, well designed weighted vest I’ve tried…and I’ve tried a few. I got the 8 lb version since I wasn’t sure how well I’d adapt to this added weight during my hikes. The fit is great - with bungee style lace downs with a plastic stop on the sides, a wider Velcro attachment at the front waist and a sturdy clip at the top - it’s easy to customize the fit for most shapes. I like a snug fit, personally and once I got everything cinched up, I was out the door to give her a test run. We have pretty steep inclines in our community, so I tried a 3.5 mile and although I certainly noticed the added weight, it in no way impeded my workout. Next, I went for my 4.5 mile trek up through trails up in the Ridges - a bit more challenging terrain. I’ve done this twice now and it feels GREAT! One note - do be sure to clip that top clip. I neglected to do this the first time I went up through the trails and my neck/shoulders were tight/sore the next day. The second time (yesterday), I made sure to clip it securely and absolutely no issues. Make every step count, my friends!!

It’s comfortable to workout in but the chest strap broke the first time I used it, I was sent a replacement and that chest strap broke the third time I used it. Now I just use an extra Velcro strap to wrap around the shoulders and it works well enough. If the chest strap was better quality it would be a five start product.

Super sleek and the 20 lb is heavy to lift but really light when it’s on. I’m 5’3 and 125 lbs and the little corset things on the side do not cinch enough is my only criticism. The strap at the waist is also misleading. It doesn’t go all the way around. It is only connected to the front two sections and separate from the back section. So that doesn’t really matter pull the vest tighter. It’s super nice though, feels almost comforting to have on all day. I wouldn’t run in this though. I just want to wear it during the day for my general health and probably will wear it on the stairs at the gym. I don’t think it would tolerate a lot of up and down motions well (jumping/running/etc) but otherwise worth the money. I think I can easily sew more pockets on (by the wasteland) and add some more steel weights if it starts to feel too light.

The vest itself is nice and love the different weights to add but the ties on the sides do not stay snug. As soon as I did any movement, they came undone. You can pull the string through the fitting on both sides so wasn't just one defective fitting. Returned
