I used this for running and calisthenics but I quickly within a couple of days broken the middle strap. I tightened the middle strap to make the weight even for better results but its weak in durability. The vest pocket held my tiny iphone se 2020 but any phone Wider or longer will not be a good fit for the pocket . I was sad cause the strap helped but other than that the vest gave me great workouts while it lasted ... show more

Super sleek and the 20 lb is heavy to lift but really light when it’s on. I’m 5’3 and 125 lbs and the little corset things on the side do not cinch enough is my only criticism. The strap at the waist is also misleading. It doesn’t go all the way around. It is only connected to the front two sections and separate from the back section. So that doesn’t really matter pull the vest tighter. It’s super nice though, feels almost comforting to have on all day. I wouldn’t run in this though. I just want to wear it during the day for my general health and probably will wear it on the stairs at the gym. I don’t think it would tolerate a lot of up and down motions well (jumping/running/etc) but otherwise worth the money. I think I can easily sew more pockets on (by the wasteland) and add some more steel weights if it starts to feel too light. ... show more

    • OK vest but moves when working out
This vest is a good deal and good quality but I found that I had to do a lot of adjusting to keep it in place while working out (bought it for CrossFit/running). When I first worked out with it, the sides kept loosening, the front would pop out and I couldn't strap it tight enough. I ended up modifying the side straps so that they were tight and wouldn't move (tightened them and tied a knot) and added an extra strap towards the top to keep the front pieces in place. I find this product to be quite uncomfortable due to its improper fit for me, especially when I'm walking. To provide context, I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 200lbs. Additionally, the presence of some inexplicable straps at the bottom adds to the discomfort. These straps tend to bounce around unless tucked in, even though their purpose remains unclear. Unfortunately, there were no instructions included with the product, and my attempt to search for guidance yielded no results. My assumption is that these straps might be intended for an accessory, but their design overlooks the practicality of clipping them externally when not in use.
