  • Don't waste your time and money
I had a similar greenhouse back in 2012 and I loved it, but a tree destroyed it. Thought I would go with the same I'd purchased, but this one is very different. This greenhouse was difficult to assemble and parts cracked as I built it. This one sags in the middle and the roof panels blow out in storms. (I use gorilla glue to keep them in place). Now the parts don't even line up correctly and the door is hard to close. My advise is to buy from another company. ... show more

  • Nice Greenhouse, But Not Easy to Assemble
Positives: 1. Sturdy construction once assembled. 2. Twin walls. 3. Rated for winds up to 80mph. 4. Arrived in two days... very fast! 5. Keeps heat and moisture in. 6. Vent on roof. 7. Clouded walls look nicer than clear walls would. Negatives: 1. Don't believe them about how "easy" snap together assemble is. And don't believe the "no special tools required. The give you a special tool to put all the pins in and you'll also need a hammer, soap and water, a socket wrench and/or pliers, and an electric screwdriver/drill. It took us 3 days to assemble this. There are hundreds of parts and the roof was time consuming to assemble. I highly recommend sorting and laying the parts all out on a tarp or flat surface before starting assembly. Better yet, hire someone who does this type or work regularly to do it for you. 2. The instructions are all diagrams without words. Be prepared for a little confusion. We had someone on hand who is good with assembling things like this, otherwise it would have been a frustrating process. 3. No place to hang irrigation lines included. I ended up wedging a PVC pipe on each side of the roof and a few pieces of bamboo in the center to stretch the black poly hose across the top of the shelves. It works, but it would have been nice if there was some sort of clips or hanger included. We were aware from the beginning that there would be no hole to run the irrigation through, so we trenched the line under the foundation before we build the greenhouse and that worked nicely. 4. The door handle installed per the diagram made no sense. The handle moved downward to open, but this left it open for it to slip down and the door to open when unattended, so we installed the handle upside down so that it open upward and is secure when unattended. Also, the catch to hold the door open installed as directed was useless. The door handle didn't even reach it. We drilled into the plastic and located it elsewhere so that it works to hold the door open. ... show more

  • Good Overall, but there are issues.
I've had mine for about 10 years and it can take a fairly strong hail beating which is good. It's also very attractive when new. However, it's somewhat short so I built a 1'-0" tall brick wall on a concrete foundation to sit it on. Then I modified the door for the added height. Now it worked fine. However, it's hotter than Hell in the summers (Texas) and had to abandon using it to grow things. I tried to store plants in the Winter but the fungus and mold almost killed everything. So it's now a glorified storage shed. ... show more
