Many companies producing this design of toilet shower and selling on the internet. The quality seems all over the place, from plastic spray arms (had one that just broke off hanging it up) to all plastic to all metal. Bidets and toilet showers are common in many other parts of the world and I’ve had the opportunity to use many in travels throughout the years. One of the main issues is the spray of water coming out. In a toilet shower it should be forceful, but the quality of tools and precision of the hole determines the “shape” of the spray - if I’m making sense. When poorly drilled the holes can allow tiny jets to form stinging the skin. This unit’s most important part - the stream of water is excellent. The shape of each stream on this unit forms a stream not a misshapen spray. The Rinsewise is all solid metal. I was impressed taking it out of the package. It is weighty in the hand indicating the use of all metal. The fit and finish is excellent. There are several combination of lengths of arms to use as well as two sprayer heads for narrow or wider spray. The installation is very straight forward and all that is needed is on the package. The water at the wall should be turned off. Mine is already a 1/4 turn ball cock or I would replace - The better design now used in homes. Then merely attach the distribution valve provided to the toilet tank wher you just removed the water line. Then connect the water line to the valve. Lastly connect the sprayer hose to the valve. The valve also has a 1/4 ball click positive shut off on it for ease of turning off for extended periods. The holes in the sprayer are designed and drilled in a manner the spray, even if forceful, is “softer” than sprayers with the holes poorly cut allow tiny jets of water to sting. The units control is a roller valve that can be controlled by thumb or finger or both. The water rate of flow is very easy to control with this design. The unit has a nice length of quality hose that doesn’t bind like this style of hose does on many cheaper shower and toilet sprayers. Even the hanger, which just easily slips over the wall of the toilet tank after you lift the lid , is all well finished metal. I am not a review writer and I don’t own stock in the company. I am just one satisfied customer who believes a quality product should be recognized. Though pricy - it appears because of the quality it will give a lifetime of service. I took more time in planning than installing the handheld bidet sprayer. After opening the packet, I went through the instruction. As per the instruction, additional thread Seal Tape or any sealing agent should be avoided. 1. Arranged the bidet sprayer as per the instruction and connected all parts. 2. shut off main water supply to house and flushed the toilet. 3. there were few drops of water came out while connect the T section pipe. No sealing agent is required, it was tight enough with hand. No tools required. I have using for 2-3 weeks, so far only complain the water pressure which is not easy to control with the knob. haven't tried the spare/2nd spray head. I appreciate the quality. ... show more

I just installed my rinse works bidet and I absolutely love it! The quality is amazing and the packaging was ideally laid out. It probably took me 15 mins. to install mine. I highly recommend attaching the wand hose to the T-valve first as that was the most challenging part for me, but my water valve is in a pinch spot next the my shower so lining up the threads was the issue. I took it apart and started from scratch following my own recommendation and within a few minutes viola my wand was up and running with complete success. We used to have a toilet seat bidet which was impossible to clean and honestly not sanitary being in the toilet bowl . This system has spray control for sensitive female areas . Super easy to use & sanitary and easy to clean . Took minutes for my husband to install . Worth the money , some systems do not have spray control so it comes out too fast and it can hurt sensitive areas . Multi use for cleaning items like carpet cleaner dirty reservoirs, spray and dump into toilet or clothing that needs to be washed off into toilet . I learned from my mom to soak poopy items in toilet bowl which they used to do in old days with cloth diapers . This way you can spray the item using this system , maybe when a cat or dog poops or throws up on something. Living in an apartment we don’t have a yard to use so this system is very handy for these types of situations ! ... show more
