Description

Please watch the Aquaus 360° video above in the product pictures to learn how it works and why its Patented ergonomic design is so simple and comfortable to use for all-natural personal hygiene. Brass or Polymer Spray Wand - The Aquaus 360° is available with a Polymer or Brass Spray Wand, giving you two weight and cost options. Both models have the same Stainless Steel hose and Brass T-Valve, CUPC (Canada & USA Plumbing Code) Certified for legal installation in the US & Canada. The Polymer and Brass Spray Wands have a heavy chrome finish and brass valve core with ceramic disc seals, plus 2 interchangeable spray heads with interchangeable 1/2'' and 1'' diameter spray plates and a 5'' inch extension for an extended spray reach of 3'' to 11'' inches for all body sizes and uses. Patented Brass Sprayer The Premium Aquaus 360° with Patented Brass Sprayer looks the same as the ABS sprayer model, except for its heavy solid brass body that will last a lifetime. The Brass Aquaus 360 sprayer includes 2 ABS interchangeable spray heads, with a 1/2'' & 1'' diameter spray pattern, plus a 5'' extension for an extended spray reach of 4 to 11 inches. Extended spray reach keeps your hand clean and dry, so rinsing under your bottom areas is quick and easy for all body sizes. About RinseWorks - RinseWorks is an American company with over 25 years’ experience designing and manufacturing specialty-plumbing products in the USA with domestic and global components. Domestic production and CUPC Certification allows us to offer the highest quality products for reliable and safe use in your home. In 2011, after selling Hand-held Bidets for over 15 years with continuous leaking problems because of their spring valves, we decided to develop a reliable, long lasting and easy-to-use Bidet and Multi- Use Spray Wand not prone to leaking problems. In 2016, we introduced the revolutionary Aquaus 360° Bidet and Multi-Use Spray Wand. One year later we received a Utility Patent with International Patents Pending. Don’t be fooled in believing Metal Bidet sprayers are better quality. What makes a Bidet sprayer high quality is a high-pressure valve core that allows it to be pressurized. All Metal Bidet sprayers or any sprayer with a spring button were originally made as a kitchen sink sprayer for rinsing dishes and not designed to be fully pressurized and used as a Bidet. This is why RinseWorks no longer sells spring valve sprayers with a push button. The Only Handheld Bidet C UPC Approved for Legal Installation In The US & Canada! . Legal Installation - The Aquaus 360° is the only Handheld Bidet CUPC Certified for legal installation in the US and Canada, which requires all handheld Bidets to have 2 certified Back-Flow protectors and pass plumbing code testing by NSF. Precision Rinsing - Dual adjustable thumb pressure controls make precision rinsing so easy by allowing you to spray a small stream of water to locate the target area, then increase the spray pressure from a soothing and gentle rinse to a full pressure jet spray. Dual pressure controls can also be set to your desired pressure level, without holding the lever. Most Flexibility of Uses - The Aquaus is not only perfect for personal hygiene; it is also great for rinsing and cleaning the toilet after you go, or for rinsing Cloth Diapers, Bedpans, Potty Seat Bowls, Under Garments, Food Bibs, Muddy Shoes, and many more of life’s messy moments, especially if used with the Aquaus SprayMate. Pays For Itself & Saves You Money - The average person spends over 90 dollars a year for toilet paper. A family of 4 can use over 350 dollars a year. Using the Aquaus 360° Hand Held Bidet / Shattaf and rinsing with fresh running water reduces toilet paper use by 90%. Tissue paper is only needed for drying, allowing the Aquaus to pay for itself and save you money, while giving you a healthier, all natural alternative that is better for you, your family and the environment. . Premium BRASS T-Connector & Safety Shut-Off Valve with EZ Reach On / Off Knob The Aquaus T- Connector is designed so the Safety Shut-off lever extends out 3 inches from the base, so you can easily reach the lever while comfortably sitting on the toilet. Easily screws on standard type Toilets with the finger grip 7/8'' inch Anti-Cross Thread Nut for easy installation without tools or a plumber. Vertical hose connection prevents stress & damage to the hose crimps which, happens when the hose connects horizontally and bends down 90° like on other T-connector designs. Read more The Aquaus 360° Smart Ergonomic Design Makes Personal Hygiene Quick & Easy For Living Clean & Green! Safe Reliable Brass Valve Core for Long-Lasting Use Internal brass valve cartridge with ceramic disc seals is one of the most reliable and longest lasting valves made with a lifespan of over 10 years. Ceramic disc valve cartridges are used in all modern kitchen and bath faucets because of their reliability and long lifespan. Plus, if a valve cartridge ever had a problem, you can easily replace it instead of purchasing a new sprayer. StayFlex High Pressure Hose Designed for Bidet Sprayers RinseWorks’ 54’’ inch high-quality 304 Stainless Steel StayFlex hose with solid brass hose nuts is specifically made to be used with handheld bidets and designed to stay totally flexible under pressure. The Internal super-strong polymer hose is infused with a braided nylon mesh that will not inflate or burst under pressure. Unlike shower hoses sold with low quality spring valve Bidet sprayers that are not designed to be pressurize making them stiff and hard to bend when pressurized. 2 Interchangeable Spray Heads & 5'' Extension for a 3'' - 11'' Spray Reach The Aquaus 360° includes 2 interchangeable spray heads with 1/2'' & 1'' interchangeable spray plates and a 5'' inch extension for an extended spray reach of 3'' to 11'' inches so you can easily rinse under your front and back bottom areas, keeping hand clean & dry while comfortably sitting on the toilet. Read more Should Handheld Bidets Be Turned Off After Use? YES - and the reason why is simple. Handheld Bidet Sprayers and Hoses are handled daily, making them susceptible to being damaged if misused or abused, pulled and twisted too hard or leak from daily wear and tear over the years. So, unless your bathroom has a floor drain near the toilet, the water pressure to all Bidet Sprayers should be turned off after use, just in case there was a leak. The good news is, the Aquaus safety shut-off valve only takes one second to turn off with the ¼ turn valve, designed so you can easily reach the on/off lever while sitting on the toilet. Plus, the odds of the Aquaus 360° leaking if you forget and leave it on are very low to none. Below is a Comparison between the Aquaus 360 Handheld Bidet, Kitchen Sink Sprayer Bidets, and Seat Attached Bidets. Which Bidet system offers you the most features, is the easiest to use, most reliable, longest lasting, approved for legal installation, most flexibility of uses, and highest quality. Kitchen Sink Sprayers Made for cleaning dishes and not for rinsing under your front and back bottom areas while sitting on the toilet. Gun shaped body makes sink sprayers very difficult, awkward and uncomfortable to hold without getting your hand wet and messy as you rinse. Made with a spring valve not designed to be fully pressurized, making them prone to leaking and a short life span, especially if left under pressure. Very high odds of leaking if you forget and leave it under pressure. Not easy to adjust the spray pressure making precision rinsing difficult.Spring valves work by a small spring pushing a soft rubber seal closed so the only part holding back the water pressure is a small spring. Seat Attached Bidets Only sprays from the back.Cannot be used for any other cleaning uses.Difficult for female use because they only sprays from the back which, can cause urinary tract infections when rinsing from the back to the front.Require the removal of the toilet seat to clean under them.Has many parts that can malfunction and fail. Some models need an electrical plug behind the toilet. No safety shut-off valve. Aquaus 360° Spray Wand The revolutionary new Patented Aquaus 360° was specifically designed as a Bidet sprayer for simple all-natural personal hygiene.Unique, ergonomic design with Precision rinsing allows you to rinse under your front and back bottom areas while comfortably sitting on the toilet without getting your hand wet and messy.Has a Brass valve core with ceramic disc seals same as used in Kitchen and Bathroom faucets for safe, reliable use in your home. Brass valve cores have a lifespan of over 10 years and can be easily replaced, so you never need to purchase a new sprayer.Very low odds of leaking if you forget and leave it under pressure. The only Handheld Bidet Sprayer NSF Tested and Approved for Legal installation in the USA & Canada. Includes 2 Plumbing Code Required Back-flow Protectors to prevent contaminating the drinking water supply if a back-flow event occurred. Dual thumb pressure controls allow you to comfortably hold and control the spray pressure from both sides.Easily rinse up and down by simply flipping the sprayer over. 3 interchangeable spray heads and 5’’ inch extension gives you a 3’’ to 11’’ inch spray reach for all body sizes. ½’’ and 1’’ inch spray patterns options for the perfect cleaning experience.Made in the USA with domestic and global components. Patented in the USA with International Patents Pending. What You Should Know About How Kitchen Sink Sprayers Work The reason kitchen sink sprayers were never designed to be pressurized is because of the way they work. When you turn off the kitchen faucet it also turns off the side sprayer. When the faucet is running and the sprayer is used, the water pressure is diverted from the faucet to the sprayer. When you stop spraying, the water pressure is diverted back to the faucet. So, using a spring valve sprayer for this application is OK. But, not safe when used under full pressure as Bidet sprayer. Perfect Ergonomic Design for Easy Personal Hygiene What makes the Aquaus 360° the perfect ergonomic design for quick and easy personal hygiene is the Patented Dual Pressure Controls that allow you to comfortably hold the sprayer and adjust the spray pressure from both sides with your thumb for quick and easy precision rinsing. Dual thumb controls also allows you to easily rinse up or down by simply flipping the sprayer over. Not possible with any other bidet sprayer. Rinsing Works The Patented Aquaus 360 has changed thousands of lives and will greatly improve your level of personal hygiene, reducing the use of toilet paper and eliminating the need for environmentally unfriendly chemical- filled wet wipes, that are clogging up the sewer systems in many major cities in the US and around world. Rinsing with fresh running water with the easy to use and hold Aquaus 360° Bidet is the perfect solution for all-natural personal hygiene because Rinsing Works and wiping doesn’t. Read more

  • Great Product. CAUTION Ordering From Amazon
Style: Brass Sprayer
This is a very good product. Works extremely well, has a very nice and ergonomic design. I'm not afraid of any leaks given the quality of the components. All this said, take CAUTION when ordering this product from Amazon.com. Especially if you wish to purchase the brass sprayer. It seems as if Amazon does not know the difference between the ABS and the brass models. I'm not sure if this is due to similar packaging, poor sorting, or poor item numbering. I originally purchased the brass models, received the ABS. I contacted both Amazon and Rinseworks regarding the issue. Amazon sent me a replacement, reassuring me that I would receive the brass (purchased) model. Rinseworke was also very quick in their response. Asking that I discuss with Amazon, which I already had. I received my Amazon replacement and, unfortunately, it was still the ABS model. Since Rinseworks was quick in their response, I decided to reach out to them again and further explained my issue. Without hesitation, they offered to send me a free replacement brass sprayer directly from their warehouse. They shipped it the same day. Unfortunately, my USPS has been running behind and my Rinseworks package was caught in a mess of back and forth between local post offices. Hence my delay in updating my review. Either way, I received the brass sprayer and it works great! And I forsee that it will for many years to come. For those that have never used a bidet but are interested, I highly recommend a handheld sprayer instead of a toilet attachment. The price per quality is night and day. This sprayer gets my utmost recommendations. The only complaints I would have would be that you still need to turn off the valve under the toilet, which the company is open about. I don't believe this is because their product will leak, but due to pluming standards. Also, to those considering the brass model, it has etched lettering vs embossed (ABS model). Also the sprayer does get cold in the hand. I like this, but YMMV. TL;DR: Don't order the brass sprayer from Amazon. Order it directly from Rinseworks. ... show more

  • Update: Solution Found - Drips water at both connection points. Plastic head ☹️
Style: Brass Sprayer
Update: Found a Solution to Stop Leaking Hose I purchased 2 rubber washers at hardware store. I used 3/8 beveled. Unscrewed the handle from the hose, placed 2 washeres in hose and reattached to handle. I bought this as an upgrade to an existing bidet installed already. I am a fairly handy person, I know I tightened everything properly but I just can’t get it to stop leaking. Both the hose connection and the tank connection were tightened properly but still leak. Plumbers tape is necessary to prevent the leaking at the nosal connection. The design is nice and unique to the others Insee for sale. My recommendation, is to buy just the handle and don’t use any of their hoses or valves. And to buy a well made hose and valve separately. Plumbers tape is necessary to prevent the leaking at the nosal connection. Also the top sprayer part is plastic which I think cheapens the whole product . ... show more

  • Wow. Wish I'd known about these years ago.
I noticed my neighbor had a toilet seat bidet recently and started researching on Amazon to see what options were out there. In my mind bidet seats would require plumbing in a hot water line and/or adding an outlet. But my neighbor had done neither and said she loved the functionaiity without power or hot water. After reading a million reviews for a wide range of the seat models and on the verge of purchasing one I saw a reference to the handheld style. Reading more reviews I decided a shortcoming of the seats - the mechanism built into the seat takes up some room which decreases the size of the seat opening was eliminated with this handheld style. Another plus is the obvious flexibility of angle - some reviewers had complained that the seat supply valves were not repositionable so required them to reposition their bodies to accommodate the valve's fixed position. Another thing that seemed like an additional positive was the ability to aim the spray into the toilet to rinse it as well to help keep things clean - not possible of course with a seat. So the decision was made and I purchased one for one of our toilets. It was easy to install - taking less than 10 minutes - several of which were to mop up water released when I turned on the control valve on the bidet head while the supply valve was open. I agree with another reviewer who mentioned the control valve position is somewhat counterintuitive in that a valve turned perpendicular to the direction of water flow is typically closed while a valve at a position parallel to the pipe's flow is open. But am thinking that the valve is more discreet and unobtrusive in appearance in the parallel position so that's another plus. Prior to purchase I had also been quite concerned about potential difficulty in reaching the valve to shut it off after use - but was very pleased to find that even with my short little arms (I am 5'1" with arm length in proportion to my height or lack thereof) the valve position when mounted on our Totos requires absolutely no bending or twisting to reach. After two days of very satisfactory use - and no leaks (in one of my photos one of the Yolink leak sensors I have under each toilet/sink/etc is visible) i ordered a second one of these gadgets for our master bathroom, having installed the first in our guest bath as a test that wouldn't require any explanation or lessons provided to hubby if it turned out to be unsatisfactory. I added the extension wand to the sprayer on the first toilet but left it off the second with the objective being to try both lengths - regular and extended reach - without having to add and remove the extension wand before deciding which length works best. The included hanger works nicely on our Toto toilets on the side of the tank held in place by the lid. I originally had planned to add a wall mount plate the way another reviewer had done with the expectation that the tank mounted hook would be unsatisfactory - but with our toilets it works fine. Another issue I was concerned about in advance - and am still not happy with - is the hose resting on the floor. While one of our toilets doesn't allow enough space for Roomba between the tank and the adjacent shower - the other three toilets do allow her to clean that area and I don't want her bumping into the hose and perhaps pulling down the handheld sprayer. I did recently purchase a new Roomba with mapping capability that offers the option to set up no-go zones without having to use battery powered virtual walls so could block access that way. But would prefer to have her clean that area in the bathrooms with enough space so will have to think about options to raise that loop of hose and may end up using a wall mount higher on the wall. Just think the current tank hook is so unobtrusive vs a wall mount a foot higher on the wall. But only a minor issue to be resolved. I did not take the photos above for this review - I took them to text to my sister and brother in law while encouraging them to try one of these handheld spray bidets - that's how enthused I am about it. ... show more
