I like this Rimmel London Scandaleyes Mascara. I discovered it after L’Oréal discontinued their mascara I had used for years (Voluminous Extra-Volume Collagen Mascara). This Rimmel makeup is a good mascara at a good price. It makes my skimpy eyelashes go from barely there to nicely noticeable. It doesn’t smudge and it removes easily with eye makeup remover. This was recommended to me by a beauty consultant. It definitey holds its own against far more expensive brands. Once applied it stays on without smudging until you wash it off. (I like simple..)
