item arrived opened up inside the box. i was afraid it may have been a used item, advertised as a new item on amazon. so i asked for replacement or return/refund so i dont get an eye infection if its used. sent photos, and details, but amazon says its the responsibilty of Coty/Rimmel company to help me, and directed me to thier website. Coty/rimmel replied but asking for information on packaging and tube that doesnt exist, now saying its not an autorized retailer on amazons site ! so its amazons responsibility to help me with this issue. ive sent detailed pics of all sides of tube, packageing and box to both parties for help, but no one wants to claim they sold it to me on amazon. this is so wierd, and lost my money on this one. sorry, cant say it went well. ... show more

I have to say I'm very pleased with this product! Not only does it give my lashes the preferred fluttery look but it also doesn't take that many coats to achieve the look.
