Let me preface this by saying: I am a complete and total noob. I am a 41-year-old woman who just started learning how to apply eyeshadow about three months ago, so I have almost no clue what I am doing. What I can tell you: this shadow has some incredible pigment! A very little goes a heck of a long way- I have tried several palettes and this one by far has the best pan to eye match and intensity. I expected to have to build it up, but nope! I needed to blend out (which it did!) I am not the best at blending colors or edges, probably not even good at it, so I can’t comment on that but I can say that these colors are gorgeous and make my blue-greens pop. You can look at the pics - I did my best but if there’s a problem with blending it could be me or the shadow, your guess is as good as mine ha! I’m now trying some very cheap makeup after trying the more expensive trendy stuff and I can say: so far the cheaper makeup is so much better. I have some Colourpop palettes that were so highly recommended and after a couple of hours the shadows bleed together. I have not had that problem with Rimmel (yet.) I do recommend this palette if warms are your thing - it’s worth every penny for sure. This will be my summer palette :) ... show more

I'm a HUGE fan of Urban Decay and own most of their palettes. My daughter continually wanted to use my UD Naked Heat palette and I held my breath every time I let her. I googled "Urban Decay Naked Heat Dupe" and found this palette recommended by a couple people. I was blown away at the quality and pigmentation when it arrived! Gorgeous! Most shades are incredibly similar to UD's, a couple are more pigmented and a couple aren't that great. They apply nicely and blend well. Ok, they don't blend as great as UD, but it's 1/4 the price and still looks great! ... show more

I have used this before and it is my daily go to color palette. Perfect for a red head. Good pigmentation compared to other less expensive brands. It arrived with one of the colors shattered which made a mess in the packaging. This is not a serious enough issue to go to the trouble of returning. I think next time I will buy locally because of the fragility of the product. ... show more

The shadows themselves are excellent quality. They're both pigmented and blendable. I personally got this as a dupe for the Naked Heat, and I got the look I was aiming for with this. My only minor complaint is that many of the colors end up looking the same on my eyes, meaning I can really only get one look from this palette. In addition, the purple shade on the far right doesn't have very much color impact, and tends not to look very purple on the eyes. The first one I got was shattered, but got a replacement quickly that was in perfect shape. I've never used this brand but liked the colors and the price. They have great pigmentation, and the colors are really fantastic and complement each other well. I would have never seen myself wearing an shimmery almost orange with a purple accent, but it looks modern and so cute! I use most of the colors in different combinations, they really last and dont take a ton to actually show up. Highly recommend the spice pallet ... show more

I have another smaller pallette w similar colors from Rimmel that I love for everyday wear, but w this one I have to apply several layers to achieve the look I want. and my look is not bold, it's subtle.

Rimmel is a brand that hardly ever gets attention. Their products are hard to find, but when you do find them, they are great drugstore products to use. I really enjoy using them. The downside to this brand is they dont put out enough products compared to other makeup brands and its a shame. Its disheartening because it feels like they dont exist or dont want to exist anymore.
