The first and second time I used it, it went on pretty well. I shake the formula everytime I use it though to make sure it's mixed because it became very spotty by the third use. I have to apply multiple coats but it is streaky and a bit transparent. It does make a beautiful cat eye though with it's precision tip. Once I get like two or three coats on it looks exceptable and does last throughout the day very well. My allergies have been making my eyes water and the water proof formula does last once dried. It is just disappointing how blotchy and shear it appears after the third use of this product. I am usually a fan of welled eyeliners but I probably won't get this one again. Might try again if they reformulate.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with this linter. As I get older, my eyesight is diminishing and therefore, I have a terrible time trying to put makeup on. This eyeliner goes on smooth and thin. I have absolutely no trouble using this eyeliner even if I can't see when I'm putting it on. I've had liners start to look gloppy or flake off after a few hours. By the time I take my makeup off at the end of the day, usually 10+ hours, it still looks the same as when I initially put it on. I only use it for my top lid, for me, because of my age, I think it's too much for me to use on my bottom lid but my daughter uses it on her bottom lid and it looks great. The value is exceptional. I've had this product for several months and it is still working amazingly well. Very happy with my purchase and will most definitely buy again when this one runs out.

I like a softer eye line, and usually use a soft pencil and smudge it to make it look more natural and less severe. I think maybe once I figure out how to make the line thinner it will look better. It does flake though after 10 hours of wear which is why I gave it four stars. Some of you may know how to keep this from happening. I am new to liquid liner. What does stay on STAYs ON FOREVER. I could't get this off with the product I typically use to remove make up and cleanse my skin. I didn't want to rub the heck out of my eye lids so I sort of let it wear off. It stayed on for nearly two days with little change in appearance, aside from some flaking..

For anyone who wears makeup, you're well aware of the PILGRIMAGE we endure to find the holy grail of cosmetic products. Unfortunately, this eyeliner is not the holy grail, but it's as close as I've come to it. Pro #1 - it's very black and pigmented. Pro #2 - it's "relatively" long lasting. From the time of application, your efforts for the perfect eyeliner look will last about 2-3, maybe 4 hours, and then it will start fade but only on the edges. It's still very much present, even after much longer than 4 hours, but the lines will not appear as precise. Pro #3 - it is easily removed with proper makeup remover. Pro #4 - it does not smudge to under your eye like how mascara or other thicker eyeliners sometimes do after a few hours of wear. Pro #5 - the brush is easy to dip back into the tube for when you need more. usually just putting the brush on the side of the inside of the tube will suffice, so no vigorous shaking is necessary (although you can if you want). Pro #6 - the brush itself is stiff and consistent, kind of like a nub of felt rather than a flowing brush like I am used to. This one dips into the eyeliner rather than having the eyeliner eject through the brush, the latter of which I hate because the brush tip would eventually dry up before the actual eyeliner would run out. Con #1 - it's not as precise as I would like it to be. The tip is pointed but still a little blunt, so to get really fine lines, you will need a very steady hand and saturated brush tip. Con #2 - reapplication may be necessary after a few hours (3-4 hours, usually), particularly to the "precise" areas (e.g. wings) or the edges where the color will fade a bit. The eyeliner is so black so it's kind of obvious where one area is faded compared to others. Con #3 - it's sometimes itchy. If applied too close to your water line, it can sometimes make your eyelids itch. it's usually just for a short minute, but that urge to plunge your fingers into your eyes to scratch it can sometimes be very strong. otherwise, you'll have to figure out a way to blink really strangely without others noticing you. It hasn't caused any redness or bumps though. Con #4 - if accidentally rubbed, it will definitely smudge but not horrifically. The smudged area can easily wiped off with your finger or napkin, but you will definitely need to reapply after that. Con #5 - it may or may not crack after a few hours. I think this is dependent on how much is applied and your skin type. Fortunately, the cracks are very minute and easily fixed. It also doesn't flake or peel off, so it doesn't leave little pieces around your eyes or on your cheeks.
