I’ve been using the Rimmel London Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer and I like how smooth it goes on and how easy it is to apply. The color looks nice and it definitely gives a bold look that makes my eyes stand out. Even though it’s labeled waterproof, it doesn’t really stay on all day for me and does fade after several hours. This is my very favorite eyeliner now. It's a great color and goes on smooth. It can smudge a bit towards the end of the day though. I work evenings and tend to have to clean up a little under the eye, but nothing that makes me look like a racoon. Something that is not mentioned on the product description though is that these pencils do not come sealed. I thought they would be on carboard packaging like buying them in-store, or even some tamper-proof seal just on the pencil itself. ... show more

There are a couple of good things about this eyeliner. It goes on smoothly and easily. It goes on dark and rich. But then it smears. It transfers to my lower waterline. It smears on my lids and below my eyes.
