Just arrived today but, after a few hours it feels comfortable. It is firm but has a tiny bit of give. I think it will be a great mattress to sleep on for side sleepers like me. I bought the full size. I bought a full size foam mattress last year and it made me stink when I slept on it. The mattress even made my dog stink. No more foam. I opted for this instead. No smell. I think this bed is gorgeous, looks great with my new bed. I haven't slept on it yet but its the perfect firm n soft I need. Just be very careful when taking the plastic off to open it because it sprang up so fast it almost knocked my grandson to the floor, I've never seen a bed in a box pop out going 100 miles an hour...not sure if its designed to do that but it was a scary moment, other than that I think I will be happy with it.

Extremely comfortable!!! Box is super heavy when it comes and they are telling the truth when they say stand clear when you cut the plastic one for the mattress to expand. The expansion happens fast and will knock you right over! I highly recommend this mattress!

For the price it’s a good mattress, at the end of the day you get what you pay for. I’ve had mine almost 6 months and it’s already kinda rough. The top is uneven and rolls up in some areas, I can feel the springs poking me in different spots and it makes a lot of noise when you move around. Overall not uncomfortable but NOT meant to last. Customer service also appears nonexistent but this website sure makes that difficult either way.
