Overall, these are a good pair of Chelsea boots for the price. They fit well and are comfortable to wear, and I really like the way they look. I ordered these for my daughter who has very wide, large feet and hates actually shoes. She lives in Crocs, Hey Dudes, and Birkenstock day in and day out. Fortunately for now, at 18 years old and working at an ice cream shop and a summer day camp, she is allowed to wear those types of shoes. In winter she worked at a ski resort outside so boots worked. When we go out she is in the rattiest of the above that look like they have been worn for years (they have). I thought maybe these would be a viable replacement for when she went out with her father and me or had to apply for a job or college internships. Anything when she might have to look less, for lack of a better word, grunge. I ordered a 12 because when I initially saw them I thought they were women's boots. That's what I get for not ready the description, which has the word MEN'S as the second lead word. Argh. Anyway, I want to go back to making this about her and not about my mistake. As she always, yes ALWAYS, does she judged them before seeing them. First, I ordered them without checking with her first. Argh! Second, she didn't like how they looked. Argh! They look like ankle boots with no decoration in plain black just like all her other Hey Dudes, Birkenstock and Crocs. They are not feminine because she isn't a girly girl but these boots are not male or female distinguishable. Anyone can pull them off. Three, yes, I ordered the incorrect size (back to me being at fault). For once she has an enclosed shoe that is easy to get on. Something she claims is impossible, hence the reason she wears the other three I mentioned she always wears. Then she is trying these boots on without socks which is not how she would wear them but says they are too big. She condemns every enclosed shoe as squeezing her wide feet and this boot isn't doing that but with winter socks it would be comfortable and warm. She is not willing to put socks on to give it a shot at fitting more comfortably. As per usual she has prejudged it. I should have blindfolded her as I did with a pair of sneakers after she rejected three pairs. When I blindfolded her and put them on her she said they were comfy. When I took the blindfold off she said she didn't like how they looked even though they were all black. She wore them in the summer two years ago for the ice cream job but never again after that. Bet that would have happened with these boots. She did say the boots were comfortable in that they offered support to her heel and arch and didn't squeeze her toes. So I ask you, the reader, what more could someone want? Argh, AGAIN! I want to let you know the boots are lovely. They look great on and off. The black is even and the pulls are front and heel making it easy to pull on. They are wide to allow for wool socks and the support is nice. They have a supportive, non-slip rubber sole. They look high end at an affordable price. They are gender neutral and look great with slacks and jeans. ... show more

I’ve been really happy with these Chelsea-style boots so far. They have a stylish, clean look and are super easy to slip on and off. The front and rear pull tabs are a nice touch too, especially if you need that extra little place to grab onto when putting them on. They’re also surprisingly lightweight for a boot. Not sure if that is good or bad. In any event, I went with the brown nubuck color and really like how it looks. Just keep in mind that nubuck is probably going to show its share of scratches if you take these into any serious work-related situations. Personally, I’d stick more to office wear, casual use, or light hiking like the description suggests. The insoles offer pretty good comfort as well. After wearing them for a few days, they’ve broken in nicely and feel comfortable for longer stretches. The construction obviously isn’t handmade or anything at this price point, and you can tell they’re mass-produced, but c’est la vie. For what they cost, I think the overall quality is more than fair. Definitely pay attention to Rihero’s sizing chart. This is my second pair of their boots, and both have run just a hair big compared to what I normally wear. I’m usually a 10.5 everywhere else, but according to their chart I’m a 10, and the size 10 fits me just fine. Overall, I think you get a lot of boot for the money. These are comfortable and they have a great fashion look. Color is solid and has a nice finish without being too shiny. Looks great as a new boot. The fit is good. The PU leather creases when you walk in the same spot so I wonder how this will wear in the long-term.

These Chelsea‑style work boots run a little large — about a half size — and they have a noticeably loose fit. There’s a lot of room around the ankle, the metatarsals, and especially the toes. Someone with wider feet might find that extra space comfortable, but for standard‑width feet, they feel roomy. The black suede looks nice, though it reads more like a dark gray in person. The material is light and thin, and the boots themselves are very lightweight. The soles aren’t stiff at all, which makes the boots flexible and easy to walk in, but it also means they don’t have the rigidity you’d expect from a traditional work boot. Cushioning is minimal. There’s very little padding inside the boot, and the footbed doesn’t offer much either. For short periods of wear, it hasn’t been a problem, but these aren’t built for long days on your feet. The insoles don’t appear to be removable. Breathability is good thanks to the lightweight construction. The tread is simple but seems grippy enough for normal walking surfaces. Build quality looks solid overall, with no major issues noted. These boots work well for casual walking and light outdoor use. They’re not suited for heavy work, long hikes, or anything demanding, but as lightweight slip‑on Chelsea boots, they’re comfortable enough for everyday wear — especially if you prefer a looser fit. ... show more

I am really happy with these Rihero slip-on short boots. I ordered them in a size 11, and they fit true to size with plenty of room to be comfortable without feeling loose. They are comfortable enough to wear all day without needing any break-in time, which is always a huge plus. I like how easy they are to slip on and off. The design makes getting them on effortless, yet they still stay securely on my feet while walking. These are a nice looking Chelsea boot for men in a very similar style to Blundstones. They are faux suede but look great. Unfortunately they ran large, my husband wears an 11.5 or 12 and the 12 was very large even with thick socks. Worth sizing down as the look is great and the soles are super durable. Excellent comfort and would recommend, if you can get the size right! A quarter of the price of real Blundstones so also a great value. ... show more
