I bought this because of the wheels and adaptability for any saw make/ model. I have a Dewalt miter and it does the job. It is very sturdy and easy to put together. The extensions on the ends are long and very stable. Great stand!

I think this is a great stand. It took me a while to put together but I am in my late 60's so that is not surprising. It also works find as a base for a basic shopsaw and is easy to wheel back into the garage. For a substantial stand it has quite a clean and narrow profile. I couldn't add my new mitersaw to it as the holes relating to tightening it down did not allow me to insert bolts (were not lined up for that saw). I was a bit disappointed as it is advertised for all saws. Luck of the draw. Still, have to say that it is well made. The only problem I encountered was one tube opening to take the handle was a bit flattened (transit, at the company?) so the round end part of the handle would not insert. I just pounded it out and the handle slid in. All in all, very happy. ... show more

    • A real heavy duty saw table
I would buy this simply because of the way it allows you to store the saw. My saw had been sitting on my work bench for a year. Have a winter project planned so I decided to buy a collapsible saw table. Pros: 1. sturdy, 2. collapsible 3. flip two levers and you can take the saw off the table ( not bolts to unscrew) 4. saw now stores in a small vertical space, 5. stops on both ends 6. Table extenders on both ends. Cons: 1. Sturdy (heavy) 2. Instructions are the worst I've seen, watch youtube videos, 3. Allof 45 minutes to clean up the mess that the polyurethane makes. It crumbles into white rice-like particles hundreds of them and it is charged so it sticks to metal everywhere. ... show more

    • One of those things needed to make moving and setting up a new jobs item much easier.
The product also comes 90 percent assembled so big plus. Being from rigid you know it's sturdy and built right or they would not warranty them like they do.

I bought this through Amazon but it was actually shipped to me by Home Depot. Best price is from HD direct but since they were the seller at the time I got it for their online price (about 200) I’m very pleased with everything about this stand. It was easy to assemble and it operates flawlessly. So much better than lugging my saw around! The large wheels make it a breeze to roll over any terrain. Very happy! ... show more

    • Quality piece of equipment with fantastically terrible assembly instructions
Now that this is assembled, it is a five star, sturdy, excellent, well designed piece of equipment. Had it come assembled, I would give it a five star review. But, the assembly instructions were some of the worst I have ever seen. They say to make sure you have all the parts on the "loose parts list" which is just a diagram which shows some of the pieces but no count, no idea how many of each bolt, for instance, you are supposed to have. The diagrams of the parts are not blown up, they are tiny, so there is no way to tell the different bolts apart and there is no description even, which bolts are black, which are stainless. You have to figure it out for yourself which bolt to use for which step. The assembly instructions are in the front of the book while the diagrams are in the back, so you have to keep flipping back and forth for each step. Whoever designed the instructions really botched the job. I enjoy assembling this kind of thing usually, but this one was a nightmare. ... show more

Appears well built and sturdy. Collapses to a two wheeled dolly easily for portability and storage. Worth the money spent. Would have liked for the assembly instructions to be included, but utube video solved that issue.
