Love the idea, cost me a lot of overhead though and I can’t figure out the card pop technique. So for me the whole point of having a slim wallet was so I wasn’t ruining my back with a back pocket wallet anymore. So, I decided to try this out. Here’s what I think; Pros: Sleek and fashionable Cons: Absolutely destroyed several of my bank cards and car keys. Which, the fob alone cost $300 to replace. The card holder, I can’t imagine anyone who needs to hold more than 3 cards is going to have a good time. The “technique” is to pinch the bottom to let the cards partially eject themselves well.. eject is a perfect word. As in, eject onto the gas station counter soliciting funny looks from the now understandably frustrated line behind me. The idea of the cash clip/strap.; It’s sleek, but the practicality of it isn’t there. It takes 10x longer to operate and handle your cash than a standard wallet-slot, and now if you tell a homeless person you don’t have a dollar and they for some reason are inside when you pull out your wallet and you do indeed have a dollar, you now run the risk of getting harassed by a frustrated homeless person. The mag safe attachement; We’re all creatures of habit. And I’m sure a good percentage of us use mounts in our car whether for charging/gps/both. The magnetic mount is more like a gimmick for people who use those that introduces another break in the habitualness which can result in a lost phone, wallet or both. The extreme to that is if you live in a bad neighborhood in a city, or anywhere, you typically want your valuables scattered throughout your person if you get robbed to lower the likelihood of you getting stuck without any resources, and phones are one of the most commonly sniped items in public, I don’t imagine it would be too nice to set your phone that also has your wallet attached to it down (bad habit anyways but hey) on a table in a shop for an opportunistic thief to now not only get your phone, but also your ability to pay for any resources you might have to now that you no longer have your phone. Verdict: Good if you don’t drive, don’t live around or go to any bad areas of town, carry less than 4 cards, don’t have anything less resistant that a chunk of cinderblock in your pocket you keep it in and are a pinnacle of adaptable habitualness that is okay with juggling the unnecessary amount of accessories that one slip up could cost you your phone, wallet or both. At the time of me buying this it cost $100, so far it has cost me almost $500 in damaged property. And days of time fixing those problems. I know if I had it in my back pocket that probably wouldn’t have happened, but me and I’m sure many of us agree this thing is way too insignificant to notice it slide out of your back pocket. And if you do a lot of driving around long distance like I do, losing your wallet is a great way to have an even worse time than if you lost it in the same town as your bank. The rating could be higher for people from different walks of life, but in its relevancy to mine it isn’t even an inconvenience. It’s a very expensive liability. ... show more

No as easy to use as I had hoped. I carry 6-8 cards and it’s a pain getting them out without pulling out the entire stack. I have to literally separate the two halves and fight to get the card I want. Very expensive for not the easiest use. Edit: I wish to update this review to say that I am rather particular in my tastes and although the Ridge wallet is not compatible for my needs, the seller has reached out to me and refunded me. It's the right size for cards & a little folded money where nothing sticks out at all. Lifetime warranty. My only complaint is see how the magsafe doesn't go in a full circle. Well on normal phone cases this means it can spin somewhat easily/get knocked off. The little tail magnet helps keep it oriented but that tail magnet is never very strong. That being said it did come with 2 magsafe attachments to add to your phone/case. 1 is the normal magsafe look (like what's embedded in this case) the other is a specific design where the ridge wallet kind of locks into place. It would definitely make it quite secure, but I don't want to add that whole back plate onto my clear case. If I just had a solid color case maybe I wouldn't care (although i didn't test how well Qi charging works with that ridge wallet magsafe bracket) so basically if you use their specific plate to lock into their ecosystem then you're good, but if you don't then you get a subpar experience... I'm not a fan of brands that pressure you to locking you into their ecosystem or get a poor experience 🤔 🧐 It does come with a little torx driver & spare screws to replace as needed and can & perhaps often is used as merely a wallet not attached to your phone. They also sell an air tag band instead of the regular money band that you can use to hold money & have a spot for an air tag. So overall as a wallet no real issues. As a magsafe wallet not great. Because of only have to 2 small areas of magnet contact it has a weak attachment to your phone/phone case unless you're using their proprietary magsafe-ish back plate. If you use that, then it has a secure connection to your phone. Haven't been able to test/prove the RFID quality. ... show more

Not a fan. A few issues: 1) the MagSafe isn’t very strong, I know they give you a frame to stick to the phone, but that interferes with using a MagSafe charger: 2) they offer several accessories like the ID holder, but it doesn’t work on the MagSafe version because the ID QuickDraw holder is supposed to go on the same side the MagSafe magnets are on; 3) all of the cards are stacked between the end plates and anytime you want to actually use a card you must sort through all of them to find the one you are looking for; you can’t even just grab the first one because when you push it out, the other cards come along for the ride. I’m sure lots of people love them, but it just wasn’t for me so I returned it. There are better options that have similar design with integrated ID pockets that work better for me.
