I purchased this treadmill and it lasted for 4 months. The first time I went to lubricate the thing it overheated on me. I am sure it was mere coincidence the timing. I reached out to the customer service and I must say that they really came through. They were in constant communication with me. They sent me a video and some parts to try to repair the thing. As soon as it became clear that the replacement parts were not going to work as the internals had all melted (I work out a lot!), they mailed me a new one. I am not usually a warranty purchaser but I am very glad I did this time as this is the best treadmill I have ever owned. It works really well and fits nicely into a small space but has lots of room for me to run on the thing daily. I'd recommend this product to anyone and I'd recommend the warranty as well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Updated 9.26.2023 Seller sent a replacement for the first treadmill that suffered a cracked deck and arrived with a faulty dial. Good on them for standing behind their product and making it right under warranty. Great communication. Original: Treadmill arrived in good condition, on time. Setup was easy. Two flaws: the center control dial isn't very responsive. The amount of pressure to turn it on seems wrong. Readouts only in metric isn't great either. Add to that the amount of squeaking and rattling when jogging and I think they have a build quality issue. The rattles can be corrected with some tightening of the exposed Allen bolts but the dial interface is 2 star quality. ... show more

I bought this specific treadmill for 2 reasons: the 18" wide belt and the fact that it folds up to almost nothing. I am 5'8". I can jog on this treadmill. I've only gone up to 6mph so far, but I probably won't need to go any faster than that. But it does go up to 7.5 mph. You'll have to convert kilometers/ hour to mph. I use this treadmill for easy runs after work when it's too dark to be outside. I do my faster runs when I'm off work and can be on the roads. This treadmill is not meant to be used for all-out runs. There's also no incline feature. A few negatives: 1. The belt is not actually 18 inches. It's 17.7 inches, but close enough. 2. A smartphone with a case will most likely not fit in the phone holder. It's just not deep enough. I am not about to remove my iPhone case just to place it on the treadmill phone holder. So it's useless. 3. The built-in bluetooth speaker is no better than your smartphone speaker. In fact, my iPhone 11 built in speaker sounds better than the treadmill speaker. So I'll never use the bluetooth speaker. 4. I don't know whether this is a defect of my machine, but I have to press the button pretty hard in order to start the treadmill. I have to press so hard that I feel like I'm going to break it. So I just use the included remote control instead. 5. Kilometers only. No HR monitor. None of this bothers me because I use my apple watch for that sort of data anyway. 6. Inaccurate timer. On all my runs so far, the treadmill timer is fast by about 20 seconds after 45 minutes. If you need exact time for your workout duration, don't depend on the treadmill timer. Use your smartphone instead. After a lot of research, this is the least expensive treadmill with an 18-inch wide and 50-inch long belt that also folds up super thin. If you just want to walk, you can save some money and get a less expensive treadmill, but if you want to run and want to be able to put this treadmill away when not in use, this is the one to get. The treadmill arrived and initially it did not work, but after getting nowhere with Amazon’s customer service, I emailed the company directly. They had me send a brief video of the problem, and quickly sent back a video and description of the very easy fix. I’ve been walking with it for a little over a week now, close to 20 hours of actual on time, typically between 3mph and 4mph (4.8kph and 6.4 kph, since that’s what it displays). It’s relatively quiet, I’m 6’1” with pretty long legs and have no issues with the belt size. Got a stand up desk to go with it and it works very well. With its wheels and the stand up feature it’s easy to move in and out to switch from walking to my chair when needed. Despite the initial minor problem, I still give them five stars because of how solidly it’s built and its price point. ... show more
