This is by far the worst Shaft I have ever purchased. I bought this shaft 2 months ago. It product looked fine when it arrived, felt a bit lightweight but looked ok. I had to use 10 alcohol wipes to remove the black residue from it. Then started using it to break. The break tip started to shed on the side immediately! I still kept breaking with it. Until I broke to start a game and top of the shaft exploded with the ferrule and tip breaking off completely. I've played pool for 25 years and this has never happened with any equipment. This shaft is absolutely crap. DO NOT BUY!!!

I give it five stars because it’s great for the price . The tips not bad either . The quality of the shaft is good to . For $200 for a break carbon fiber shaft 13mm it’s just as good as my $500 plus carbon fiber shaft I shoot with . I broke 20 times with it and no mushroom or tip coming loose or anything . Definitely buy again . I’ll maybe update this post in a couple of shooting with it .

Caught this on sale plus had some Amazon points to use so got it for a really good price. Paired it with a spare butt I had. Makes a great break cue. No issues, shaft required very minimal cleaning. I have seen some buyers complain about the tip but for my breaking style for the games that play (9-ball, 8-ball and 10-ball) the tip is doing fine.

Had it for about a month. Ignored reviews about poor QC and general issues. Tip flew completely off on a light 9 ball break. Ripped the ferrule in half. Can't recommend it at all.

The taper on this shaft is a pro taper measuring 13 mm at the tip but the weight per the description says it weighs 4.5 oz but the one l received weights 3.9 oz per my Taylor digital scale plus i’ll be replacing this tip with a bulletproof tip as soon as possible, l hope this info helps someone

I'm very disappointed with this shaft. Tip came flying off after the 5th break. Absolutely unacceptable.
