This was fun to do. The color wasn't exactly the same as originally pictured but it's ok. Now I'm very clumsy so I was very worried about dropping the diamonds on accident. However they send loads of extras. My 2nd picture is all the left over diamond dots.

I really like the design of this painting. It's really pretty. The painting is pretty good quality and is easy to read the symbols. The included tools are on the cheap side, but that's common with these kits.

This skull and roses style diamond painting is one of the brightest and most colorful ones I've seen. I just love it. From the three-quarter view of the skull to the rainbow designs beneath and the unique and vibrant flower colors, it truly has a lot of interesting elements to it that make it different from most. This diamond painting comes with the standard accessories - a small green tray, 2 squares of wax, some zip top bags, and a pink double ended drill pen (single tip and 3-tip). The canvas came wrapped around the drills and accessories, so it has a number of folds in it. The creases will need to be pressed out before starting work on the project. This picture has 29 different colors - most of them in shades of pink and blue. This gives a depth to the finished product that you don’t find in many projects. The plastic protective sheet extends to the edge of the canvas on both sides and almost to the edge to the top and the bottom so if you cut the plastic cover into sections for working there won't be quite as much overlap vertically as there is horizontally. The symbols used for this project are all numbers and letters. There are some letters that are not used that might be confused with others and that is greatly appreciated. The printing of the letters on the canvas is clear and very readable. This is a standard 30 cm x 40 cm canvas while the actual picture is much smaller. The canvas fits nicely into a diamond painting folio. The diamonds themselves are typical round diamonds. Several packs of the diamonds have a stray diamond or two of the nearby color but that's not anything that can't be easily rectified especially if you decant the drills into containers prior to beginning work. The adhesive on the diamonds extends a short distance over the edge on all four sides. I can't speak to how effective it will be in holding the diamonds because I always apply a coat of tacky glue to my projects before I start working on them so that I don't have a problem with diamonds falling off. When you are done with the project, I recommend sealing the diamonds in place with a good diamond sealer. ... show more
