Description

Rheem Prestige® RTGH-RH11DVLP-2 is a high efficiency condensing indoor liquid propane tankless water heater designed for continuous hot water. The built-in recirculation pump with auto-learning programing not only provides instant hot water but also only provides it when needed. Industry leading low flow activation with a minimum flow rate and minimum activation flow rate of .50GPM. Ultra Low NOx burner meets SCAQMD rule requirements of safety for low emissions. Additional safety features include flame sensor, overheat cut off switch, gas and water leak detectors, and exhaust and water temperature sensors. Venting up to 100’ with 3” PVC or up to 50’ with 2” PVC pipe. Can be used with up to 5 bathrooms depending on inlet temperature; .94UEF (.96EF Canada), 199,000BTU efficiency. Professional installation is required otherwise warranty void. Warranty: 12yr heat exchanger, 5 yr parts and 1 yr labor.

    • Don't Buy - YOU WILL REGRET
Don't buy a Rheem product. They do not honor their product warranty. My water heater developed a large hole and flooded my attic damaging the ceiling in 2 rooms. The product was under the 1 year and should be covered by the full warranty. Meaning replacement and labor for replacement. I have been trying for over 6 weeks to get reimbursed for the labor to replace my water heater. You should know when you call you will be on hold for over 30 minutes and transferred at lease 3-4 times each time you will wait on hold for 30+ minutes. 1st call - stated the water heater was out of warranty because it was manufactured 2 years ago. Had to explain that product warrant does no begin when manufactured but when the consumer purchases the product. Transferred twice where they requested proof of purchase. You have to call back after sending proof of purchase to confirm they received your e-mail (30 minute wait) 2nd call - no reimbursement transferred 4 times took over 2 hours to be told they need copy of labor bill. It was already provided but they could not locate 3rd call - still no reimbursement transferred 3 times 1.5 hours to be told they would not pay for total labor charges. Told a supervisor would call - no call 4th call - still no reimbursement transferred 3 times 2 hours told they did not have any of my paper work: no proof of delivery, no proof of labor. Told a supervisor will call - no call 5th call - still no reimbursement same as call 4TH CALL DO NOT BUY ANY RHEEM PRODUCT - YOU WILL REGRET IT ... show more

    • $7300 to install in SoCal
I wanted to go from tank to tankless but the installation cost was insane. Called the two certified installers from Rheem, one quoted me $5,829 and the other quoted me $7500 (including larger gas line). Returned the unit and bought a 70 gallon tank. Disappointing but for the same price I can buy a solar battery for my house (install might wreck that too). ... show more
