The tree consists of high quality plastic artificial pine branches, and they look very real. There are less than in the picture, but enough that it still looks nice. The trunk is just brown wrapping to hide the led wires The base takes 3 AA batteries (not included) OR plugs in via a 2' USB cord (included). There were several branches missing lights, but it still looked decent. Where I have an issue is that the remote control that comes with it does not work. Not sure if it shipped with a bad battery in the remote (QR 2025), or it just doesn't work. There is an on/off switch on the base, but you can't change colors without the remote. I'm returning and reordering, hopefully the replacement doesn't have the same defects. The ornaments are normal sized christmas tree ornaments, made of plastic (shatterproof), but are very large for the size of the tree. I'm just ordering mini ornaments to use instead. I just wish I could find a 3" lighted star for it. ... show more

    • The lighting feature is very pleasant.
I love the light features...being able to fade, use specific colors, the remote control, etc. However, there were two whole branches at the bottom of the tree with no lights whatsoever which was/is very disappointing. The "petiteness" of this tree is very good for small spaces.

The media could not be loaded. All around great product & perfect Christmas tree for my tiny house! Pros: -Under 2ft tall, easily fits on a countertop, shelf or small corner space. -Extremely easy assembly. Pretty much plug in, space the branches & you're set. -Very bright lights w/ many different settings & color options to customize to your liking or decor. -Option to plug in to outlet or can run on 3 AA batteries. -Pre-lit (no stringing lights). -Comes with a remote control to switch through lighting options- Also has a power button on the base. -Comes with 4 plastic ornaments. Cons: -Materials are a little cheaper than they appeared in the photo- base & tree-trunk are metal & tape. This doesn't bother me, & the look can be covered up with a small cloth or 'tree-skirt'. -Lights are held on the branches with small plastic zip-ties. Not noticeable unless you're standing right next to it. -Branches don't seem to fill out as well as shown in the photos. Not all branches have lights on them. -Ornamemts supplied are standard size, so to me they looked awkward on the tree. I opted not to use them. Also, they are very cheap plastic & 4 different colors. I'm actually making my own tiny ornaments that will be a better fit. I'm totally digging this tree, kids & adults will have fun playing with the lighting. Perfect if you live in a very small space & don't want to take up precious living space, yet be festive. Will store nicely after Christmas season too. I bought 2 of these for work because I liked that I could choose different colored lights. Te remotes do not work so I cannot change the color of the lights or the mode for the lights. I sent an email to the support address on the remote....no response.

This is a great product. I ended up buying a second as a gift. Sturdy and strong enough to hold additional small decorations. Bright colors with tons of display options. HOWEVER, use the USB power option. This went through 3 brand new alkaline AAA batteries in less than 8 hours. On USB power it's running from morning to midnight. ... show more

So I got this little tree to put in my RV as I am traveling around the holidays and I just love it. I taped it down to the countertop in my unit, which means it gets shaken around a lot on the road!
