After contacting the seller directly, they handled it promptly (and I mean promptly) with incredible ease. Highly recommend knowing you have no worries if something is an issue with the product it will be handled well! The quality and sheer beauty of the product itself is great, now that I have the lid/mat its even nicer to use without the worry of it slipping or scratching the surface.
