This device is surprisingly awesome!. I bought it and within a day I have uploaded all the pokémon games, the metal gear solid games in PlayStation. I just transferred the files over easily. The 64GB card that comes with it. You just need to slap into something. Copy it over and then expand as best you can with an SD card. I did 128. The 64 had 3Gb left. I really don't know how to tell someone that's looking for a good emulator box that just works. That this particular one has a lot of potential. Hard to find these. This device is pretty solid.

I don't know enough about the built-in OS and games (aka ROMs) as I'd heard they're mediocre and the games a numbered mess. I'd instead recommend (if you're techsavvy enough) buying 2 new microsd cards. The first for the OS (I'd recommend at least 16gb; I went for ArkOS). The other for games (this I'd recommend 100/200+gb if you want a large library). There are guides online and on Youtube (I'd recommend "Retro Game Corps" specifically on Youtube. The installation process for the RG351v and the RG353v should be the same) on how to do this, but for the average teen/young adult, this isn't too hard to do, just time consuming when downloading mass amounts of ROMs. After replacing the microsd cards, OS, and ROMs however, it has been great. There's no stuttering, lagging, screen-tears, or button issues like drifting or misclicks. I can run up to PSP games, like Katamari. (The more modern the game system you're trying to emulate however, may be hit or miss as to what games may run, depending on how demanding the game is). There's probably things online if you want to check if your favorite games can run. and lastly as far as cases go, I'd recommend a hard drive case w/matching internal measurements to the RG353v's measurements. I specifically went for this one (link on next paragraph), and it's been great. A bit of a snug fit to start, but now it fits perfectly. So the ergonomics are all right. It's a little hard on your hands. After a while the only issue I can really say other than grip is very few of the games are good. Most of them are hot garbage and it is a little difficult to upload new games and you have to be careful cuz you might delete the emulator if you do just saying

It's powerful enough to run anything from PS1 era and back without any issues at all and I did test some dreamcast without any slowness as well. The pre-loaded games are a mix between random, unknown, titles and some classics, so consider getting your own microsd and loading it up with roms you know you'll want to play. Battery power comes a bit short of advertised, but that's never a surprise with electronics to me. It charges quickly and uses usb-c so I'm content with that personally. A must have if you like the idea of playing retro titles without spending a ton of money.

I use it to play OoT and other N64 games. They all work fine except for the Paper Mario ROM which crashes and the Yoshi’s Story ROM which lags when you jump. The same ROMs work just fine on my PC using Dolphin, so the ROMs can’t be at fault. Then again, I’ve never bothered to tinker with the graphics settings too much on this product so I won’t blame it for my possible ignorance. The SNES games have not had any problems so far. Finally, I can play Mother 3 on a comfortable device!
